Perfect comfortable and fun environment, friendly guy at the counter, toppings are on point. This is the only burger place I’ve ever been to in my life that gives the right amount of bbq sauce on the burger. The lettuce wrap was delicious. Everything is done right, except the actual burger. I had hoped to sink my teeth into a delicious, juicy burger. The hamburger itself tastes like frozen patties from the grocery store. If that were changed, this would be my favorite burger spot

The Hawaiian Burger was fantastic!! Hot & juicy, with grilled pineapple, tomato, lettuce, pickles, bbq sauce & a BIG burger!! We had waffle fries with melted cheese! Wow! And they stayed crisp & hot! The Flower cookies they sell homemade, by the young girl, are very very good as well!! The Service was excellent! The establishment is a little outdated, but don’t let that detour you, or you will miss out on a great experience!!

I don’t even want to give this place one star. The two people that were working behind the counter one cook one cashier was extremely rude we paid $30 for our order two people we waited almost 30 minutes before it was to go when I received it if it was burnt in the persons were not right I take the food back in to get it replaced or maybe get my money back and I was told I was Sol and they didn’t even ask me if I wanted to exchange it for something different they just shrugged and gave us a smug look and basically told us they were going to do nothing for us that we had to take the food or take nothing I would not recommend this place for anybody in the past yes I agree it was delicious but lately it hasn’t been even edible. You can see in one of my photos that the piece of meat was really fatty and greasy and small portions. You would think you would get a lot more for $30

I love the burgers and criss-cross cut seasons fries! It’s like stepping back a few decades when you go in because it’s been there for such a long time. Reminds me of my childhood, so there’s a reminiscent feeling too (80s child). I’ve taken quite a few friends there to eat because it’s not well known and everyone has liked it too. The customer service iant that great but the food is good enough to ignore the lack of enthusiasm. (& how enthusiastic can one be when working minimum wage??

I was hoping to get a burger but my colleague was on a trip and our machine had an issue so i was on the phone in the parking lot when an employee, probably owner walked outside and told me my car was there long enough and had to move. I was the only car in the parking lot… I went inside telling him I was planning on eating there after my call. Great customer service is not what this place is about apparently.
