Much hyped but I found the food slightly above average. It is worthy of a return trip. I will go with the roast beef sandwiches and salads. Onion rings are of the heavy battered type. They were out of tomatoes for the hamburgers. The shake machine was down. So much for the vaunted shakes. The lettuce and the onions on the burgers were minimal at best.

This place just opened They should have waited Dirty tables. No high chairs, no iced tea, no water, no milk shakes. The portions are small, and not very tasty. I took two bites of my turkey wrap and threw it away. The baby’s chicken fingers were also inedible, over cooked and hard. My husband said the burger was just ok. We will give it another shot in a couple of months to see if it’s improved. We had to go someplace else so we could get some lunch. I would not recommend.

First time eating at Beef-A-Roo. It just opened a couple of weeks ago. The store was very clean and hardly anyone there because we were not there during the rush-hour I would say the roast beef sandwich I got, which was the Wild West was about average. I wish I had just gone with a straight roast beef without any special toppings on it so I could’ve gotten a true sense of what their beef sandwiches taste like, we also got the cheese fries with bacon and onions on them and they were outstanding. Everything you order there is à la carte, so there are no combos to be had. In all, we will come back again and I’ll try different sandwich.

4 employees, 3 doing nothing, literally. The kid at the window didn’t even know how to dispense a cup of water for us while we waited 27 mins in the drive thru, gave my son soda water. Fries were burnt, hard as rocks. Wild West sandwich had maybe an ounce of beef on it, super greasy from the onion ring & bacon. Turkey wrap is gross, too & I don’t even know how you mess that up. The $5 potato was edible but what a waste of $25 & time I’ll never get back. Definitely do not recommend!

Beyond the hokey name, I want to like the place. We’ve tried it 3 times and the menu has great variety. The food is decent, we really enjoy the wraps, baked potatoes, fries and onion rings. The beef is very dry and just not good. However, what kills me about this place is the speed of service. Tonight I spent 48 minutes in the drive through from order to leaving the window. It is absolutely insane how slow the service at this restaurant is. The first two visits were slow, but not slow enough where I wouldn’t return. While I feel bad for the guy working the window, he isn’t helping himself while waiting for the food. No drinks ready, not getting condiments in the bag. Just standing there doing nothing. This restaurant has a real training and leadership issue and it will not survive if these issues continue, which kind of stinks. Go at your own risk, and make sure you have plenty of time to kill.

Cute decor, the restaurant was clean when we were there, still working out a few kinks from being brand new. The burger was good, like an upgraded burger king burger, french fries were similar to McDonald’s fries. The onion rings were a bit rubbery. The staff took our order very carefully to make sure everything was correct.

Opening day… I was among the first customers. The roast beef with cheddar was more flavorful than most burger and more meaty than Arby’s. The cheese fries were good, but the cheese doesn’t really “add” anything (except making them quite messy). Prices were very average compared to other fast food. Pro-tip: Plan ahead your order from their internet menu. The menu board at the drive thru is all text – no pictures.

Food was good I definitely liked it better than Lions choice but not as good as Arby’s but I will say I got more meat for my money there’s a joke in there somewhere. I had the 6 oz roast beef sandwich and fries with a root beer Shake. The shake was quite tasty and the sandwich wasn’t horrible just a little dry it needs some kind of sauce I was recommended to put cheese on it but I don’t typically put cheese on my roast beef sandwiches I try to let them meat stand for itself first. I will definitely be back though this is my first time trying it I always give places two or three attempts before I write them off.

Absolutely average food. With. shockingly high prices. Husband and I ate there today after church. Paid $33 for two small sandwiches and we left hungry and bewildered. One staff member was sweet and helpful; the other was surly and dismissive. I will not be returning. Go to Arby’s instead.

Don’t let the name throw you off into thinking this is some hokey place. The food is legitimately good. The burgers are freshly prepared, and a great value for the prices. One of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a long time. The staff is very helpful and tells you about the menu if you are new. Definitely will go back.
