While moving a friend into his new apt near by, I recommend we try Beef Brothers for dinner. It took 40 mins for the food, it seemed their carry out/deliveries were the priority over a customer standing in their establishment waiting, then the margarita flatbread pizza came out without all the ingredients. When I sent it back for the basil (a key ingredient) they placed lettuce in the pizza hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I told them that was wrong, they said they were out of basil . Why wouldn’t you Address that during the process of making the pizza (or ordering?!) as I stood there inside. your business. I also asked for hamburger pickles on my young sons sub, and they chopped up a kosher dill pickle and laid the chunks on his turkey They need a cooking lesson in culinary 101. Never again. Too many other locally owned choices in Ellicott City.

Food is miserable. Old owners actually put effort into it and gave you a fair portion. They also used much better products. Fries are grossly undercooked and the “hot pastrami” wasn’t even kind of hot. Called the store and they didn’t seem to care one bit. Even the sodas in the fridge were barely cold. Disappointing when local businesses go into the dump like this.

I have been very loyal to Beef Brothers for years. In the past the food was good, and sandwiches very satisfying. Clearly it is time for BB owners to make a decision, close or improve. I for one will be moving on. Tonight I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato. When it arrived, I could not believe what they had the audacity to charge me for. I literally weighed the amount of chicken salad on the sandwich, it was less than 3 ozs. The sub roll was really good at least. The 2 sodas, Dr Browns Black Cherry, arrived as diet drinks. Clean up your act or sell the business to someone who cares about the product they sell.

Customer Service is extremely disappointing. The food is good, but it is not enough for us to give them another chance. My workplace uses this restaurant for our monthly staff meeting. We place our order no later than 10:30am for a requested delivery @ 12:45pm. Continually, our order has been delivered more than 15-20 minutes past 12:45 with no courtesy call to let us know it would be late. When we call the restaurant all they can say is “it will be there soon.” It is unfortunate as the food is quite delicious but the service is just too unreliable. I asked to speak with a manager on the phone and the same person said, “how can I help you” without providing a name or clarifying that they are or are not a manager. Additionally, the last three months, every single time we’ve ordered at lease one or more of the items ordered were incorrect or substituted for something else without any warning. Overall, very poor customer service.

We have ordered a fair amount from beef brothers and I feel like it’s gone done hill for a while. I’m just disappointed. My Reuben was very sloppily and uneven and not tender my dads burger was over cooked. My husban pizza had no shrimp which was expensive since it was seafood which we don’t mind paying if there is actuak ingredients that are supposed to be there. The last couple times we have ordered it hasn’t been great but this time I felt like I needed to say something

We ordered the cheesesteaks, although they were pretty good, there was a hair in one half of my sub. Any other time it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but considering we are in the middle of a global pandemic, I called and made an innocent complaint. The manager was super friendly and very easy going. He offered a refund and a pizza of our choice. Thanks for making it right, fellas! (The pizza is 10/10)

By far the worst sandwich I have ever had. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, and the meat was old, dry and freezer burnt. The produce was also not fresh. The customer service was horrible. I am honestly not sure how they are still in business.

Very nice people but I didn’t think the food was impressive. I ordered the shrimp salad sandwich & wings in buffalo sauce. The wings were a little dry. It looked like they didn’t toss it with the sauce & instead drizzled it on or something. The sandwich could’ve used some sort of seasoning to make it flavorful. I was expecting whole shrimp but it was sliced up shrimp.
