So I brought my boys out tonight! Meat eaters. They ordered a 6oz steak. Service was ok, she was new, clueless, untrained, but sweet and forgiving, properly trained she would be the star!!! I’ve been in the service industry for 30 years…. My kids 6oz steak was 2oz at best and he was still hungry and I ordered another steak. It cost me the same as the whole meal, and the “management” drinking at the bar are the people she asked about the issue. Nothing was done. This is a first and a last for us! The bathrooms were roadside truck stop nasty!!! I think there should be a shakeup, because the food isn’t bad. The service isn’t bad… CLEARLY management here is the downfall!!! I have TONS of pics. I fully intend to contact the emergency health department number!!!!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. No host at entry left us feeling a bit awkward until a voice yelled out for us to sit wherever we’d like. Dining area was full with a large group as well as smaller ones throughout. We were only seated a moment before a very nice server took our drink order.

Seats get hard fast. I like the spices on the burgers, bun was tasty. Boom boom sauce great for fries and onion ring dipping. Last 4 times we’ve gone there is a communication break down between the order taker and chef… Order grilled onions, they’re not, order different combo of ingredients wanted for burger which are forgotten. I like the atmosphere, sports every direction you look. But for the high price of a couple of burgers, would love they’d get it right. Wife was critical of sticky floors.

The waitress didn’t wear a bra so her lady lumps was poking my son in his eye. She was friendly but seemed to not know much about her job. She did try but think she didn’t dress the appropriate way but I guess these days who am I to say something about the way someone dresses. Also found a box cutter in the bathroom with a blade in it that was reachful for my 5 year old to grab. Thank goodness I was able to get it b4 and made sure to give it to them. Other than that they got me the food quick and it was enjoyable and delicious the mix drink wasn’t that good for the price but the food price was wonderful. Would definitely returned!

I am a server so I understand being busy & giving bad service. But there were 4 tables in the restaurant. Waited 15 minutes for my beer. When my food came out the lettuce was frozen in my salad. I ate 3 of the boneless wings off my salad & waited another 30 minutes for our waitress to come back & check on us. Told her my salad was frozen & she offered to get me something else. All I asked for was a kids mac and cheese. She came back to let me know the manager was only willing to give me new lettuce & I told her it was okay I’d just take the bill. Brought out my bill with the salad still on it. She got upset when I asked why I was paying for the salad that I literally could not eat since it was frozen. Was super excited about coming since I loved it when I was a kid. Won’t be going back.

This is the place to be if you want some good food and sports especially ufc fights the manager is great and really sits and talks with the customers as if he was just a normal server our cups never went empty and was constantly checked on for service especially during busy moments in preparation for the big fight tonight
