My wife went to beefs tonight and I have to say we have been here may times before but unfortunately this was the worst experience that we have had coming here. We understand Friday night going to be busy we expected that but we for our appetizer combo which was good no problem. My wife got 10 wings regular mild sauce she put them to the side for a few minutes while we finished up the appetizer. When she went to eat the celery it was bad I mean it was brown on the side of it. The wings we over cooked and not much sauce of them and some of them didn’t even have any sauce of them. We told our waitress about it and she got a attitude with us saying the are good when they first come out when they are sitting there on the side. My wife explained said you can see that they are over cooked and not much sauce. She was like will what do you want me to do about it? Well we want another order to go. And she also didn’t even bother asking if we need refills for our drink I had to get her attention to at least get my self a refill and my wife still had a full glass of tea. When she was done we were waiting for the remake for wings and the waitress didn’t even ask if my wife or myself need a refill. I never write reviews but come on man you all can do better.

Recently visited this beef o Brady’s location for dinner with my family, no issues with my server but the food however wasn’t up to par, we got wings and a Philly cheese steak with curly fries. Fries were so stale and cold they literally crumbled. The food was also just cold overall we waited a while so it didn’t make sense as to why it was cold. I will say the guests at the bar were rowdy and there was several patrons just cursing loud and yelling and some servers joining in. One server a young lady long brown hair was sitting with a table like they were her friends and she was swearing that b is going to her her a** beat joking laughing having a good time, super unprofessional in my opinion. This is a family restaurant as kids meals are offered and my kids didn’t need to hear that.

I guess the best way to describe this place would be if you took Applebee’s and made it more of a sports bar. Food is fresh, nicely seasoned, and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and even comped part of our meal due to a mix up on their end. Glasses stayed full and dishes were cleared promptly. Overall, a nice place for a relaxed meal.

I’m a doordasher picking up food and Tim qas so kind, helpful and polite! I had to wait a little bit longer than expected for my order but he made me very comfortable, offered me a drink and kept me updated. You go Tim!!!! Old fashioned good service.
