Positive part…. Excellent chili….no broccoli soup ….ordered fried dill pickles that were to hard to eat ….but the manger made me a new batch and come to our table to make it right….negative part waitress was terrible….I understand everybody has bad days but when you work for your tips you need to Excell….my sister asked 3 times for sour cream….and P.S. they were not really busy…. and we visit your restaurant frequently…. just thought you should know

Great place if you’re looking for a place to unwind and watch the game! First time there to eat. It was a great experience. Mellow atmosphere, dim lighting, and plenty of sports channels to watch… What else can you expect from a sports bar?! It was perfect! The food was great, and a guy named Raffael he stole the show! Raffael made sure everything was perfect to our liking! Great chef and worker, that guy is! First of all, the wings were spot on for us! Plump, juicy, and crispy with the perfect amount of sauce! The fries were delicious with a crisp but not over cooked. They were perfect! It was a first great impression for us. We weren’t expecting much, but it exceeded our expectations! My wife and I will definitely be coming back! That guy Raffael, that man, needs a raise or something because he goes above and beyond!

Picked up an order for an Uber eats customer lastnight and by far received the worst customer service imagined from the staff there. Had to go to the bar area to pick up the customer order and the 3 women that stood behind the bar having casual conversation with one another and with the gentlemen customers who were sitting at the bar. All three, at different times, glanced at me directly and resumed their conversation without even greeting me. It was a little after 8pm, at that time the place wasn’t too busy to not notice a potential customer whom stood directly in front of them. I waited patiently before grabbing one of theirs attention in order to start the process of grabbing the order. After finally receiving the customers order I asked the same lady from the bar who handed me the order for a receipt or anything showing what the order was for verification purposes. She instantly catches an attitude and in a real snappy manner states that “there isn’t anything to give and that Uber eats doesn’t request that kind of stuff.” Shortly after she assists with verifying by reading off of the order entry screen.

We’ve been going here for about 13 years now and love talking with mandi. She is always one of the best! The food is great and since the brick has been painted a white wash, it makes it much brighter inside. Sometimes it can be a little loud, but just avoid game nights. Or go early. We do miss the molten lava cake (and getting chocolate ice cream to go with it bc mandi always took care of us), but that’s not a deal breaker.
