This is our second time here and both times it has been amazing. Great Customer Service as both waitresses that waited on us were super friendly and helpful. The Beer was cold and the Pizza was delicious, we will be going here more often. The atmosphere is so comfortable and relaxing. Thank. You.

This restaurant has several locations in OH. This location was dark and dated. The service was fine. The chicken wings are large and were very tasty. The menu had a very large selection. I think that this place specializes in pizza, which we did not get. We will give it another try and see how the pizza tastes.

Great staff, clean dining room & restrooms, I had lunch with a friend on this visit. They have a crazy selection of pizzas, something for everyone, I just had 9″ pepperoni pizza and shared a order of garlic knots, my friend had the hot honey pizza, the service and food was excellent!!!

This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Way too much sauce and NONE of the outside had cheese. Ridiculous, should not have to check if the pizza has cheese on it or not.. Very disappointed. Had their food several times and been satisfied. But wanted to try the pizza since it’s what they’re “known for” and was completely let down.

I want to start by saying that the only reason that I give the restaurant two stars is because of the server that helped us. She was wonderful and had the most positive attitude. I attempted to speak to a manager before leaving however they were not available after waiting for 15 minutes nor by phone for 10 minutes prior to the wait for them to come to my table.

Atmosphere is very laid back and cool place to eat and drink. Pizza is delicious and has a wide variety menu with many options other than pizza. Really nice bar area with plenty of TVs. Place was really clean. Recommend and will be back!

For those who had a great experience here, I don’t doubt it. Unfortunately, my family and I experienced a ridiculous wait time on Saturday March 25. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. We got in at about 7.45pm and were seated immediately. By 8 pm our family of five had placed their orders. It took an hour for our appetizers to arrive. We watched as other patrons who came in after us get served before us. The waitress kept on saying that our food would be out shortly. Past 9.30pm and still no food and the restaurant was going to close at 10pm? We couldn’t wait anymore. We decided we would just pay for our drinks and appetizers. The waitress assured us again that our food was coming out. We told her to just have the food packed up. I complained to the waitress who was actually courteous and trying her best up until that point. I told her to look around and see how we were the only ones not served our entrees, and we were not the last to come in. Rather than apologize, she said it was because of what we ordered. I told her that that was not a good excuse as there was nothing intricate about the meals we ordered, to which she responded, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” We still tipped her anyway because I had a feeling it was not her fault that the food took so long. The manager apologized and took $30 off our order. The waitress also apologized properly before we left. This was our first time here. I know things can go wrong at any establishment, but I don’t know if we’ll ever go back.
