Menu

Breakfast
Bodega Bacon Egg And Cheese Sandwich
Scrambled Eggs, American Cheese, Crispy Bacon all on a house made Kaiser Roll
Black Garlic Biscuit Sandwich
House-made Breakfast Sausage, White Cheddar Cheese, Fried Egg with Green Schug sauce and Chili Honey. Served on a house-made Black Garlic Biscuit
Lamb And Eggs
A grilled lamb koobideh (similar to kebab) served with two eggs served as a bowl on top of fresh greens, pickled beets, feta cheese, and our house red schug sauce and white sauce. Comes with a flatbread to make all the different bites.
Breakfast Burrito (Price Varies Depending On Protein Choice)
Take your pick between bacon, sausage, lamb koubideh, and schwarma. We’ll scramble two eggs and add some cheese then top it off with different veggies and sauces. We typically like to do “the works”, which essentially means we add a little bit of all the fresh produce we have along with some labneh and green schug sauce.
Fresh Baked Goods
Our daily in-house baked goods rotate throughout the week. Typical offerings include blueberry pop-tarts, Jerusalem everything bagels, carrot cake muffins, and much more! Just ask us what’s available when you come in.
Saturday Breakfast Specials
On Saturdays, we are more likely to have breakfast specials. From Jerusalem style bagels topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese to potato latkes, we try and provide a variety of options that are unique to our regular menu.
Lunch & Dinner
Schawarma
The meat for our schawarma varies day to day, and comes with pickled vegetables, mixed greens, and three of our house sauces all wrapped inside a fresh flatbread
Lamb Koobideh
Our lamb koubideh is a 80/20 mix of lamb and beef patty that comes grilled with pickled beets, mixed greens, and our house pickle. Topped off with some labneh, babaganoush, lemon, olive oil, and red shug and wrapped up in a fresh flatbread.
Falafel
Fresh fried falafel with pickled cabbage, cucumbers, and our house pickle. We finish it with our harissa mayo, babaganoush, olive oil and lemon and wrap it up in a flatbread.
Hummus Bowl
Warm hummus served with everything we got! Labneh, shug, feta cheese, farm fresh veggies, pickled cabbage and beets, and a soft egg. Topped with fresh herbs and dukkah, drizzled with olive oil, and served with a flatbread to scoop it all up
Daily Specials
We like to have fun with the food that we serve. This means that we have daily specials that have ranged from ramen with pork chashu to fresh blue point oysters served with a mignionette. Be sure to ask our staff what we have available!
Sides
Za’atar Fries
Fresh cut russet potatoes fried with a rice flour tempura style batter and tossed in salt and za’atar spice. Served with a house-made harissa mayo. Using a tempura batter, our fries are Gluten Free and can be served with a vegan sauce upon request.
Marinated Kale Salad
Our Green Salad is currently a marinated kale salad served with sunflower seeds, red onions, and shaved parmesan cheese, all tossed in red wine vinegar, toum, and olive oil.
Extra Flatbread
In case you need something to get every last bit.

This has been a must-stop for us on our cross country road trips! The black garlic biscuits are delicious (though they were better during this June visit, they were a bit overdone on our last visit), as is the breakfast sandwich they make on them. The other baked goods we’ve gotten are always great (usually pop tarts and hand pies).

Best place to eat in Columbia, hands down. Fresh ingredients, fresh order made food, delicious drinks, and the best baked goods around. Everybody who works there is lovely. I love how they have the kitchen out in the open for all to see. I wish there was a Beet Box in my home town.

I’ve only been once but Beet Box has become a CoMo favorite! The restaurant is very cute and modern with indoor and outdoor seating. the menu depends on ingredients that are in season and whatever flavors staff are exploring. I had the special, Lobster roll and it was so freakin delicious. Better than anything i’ve had in New England! The appetizers are huge and the summer salad my friend got was very colorful and large. Plenty of drink options too. the staff were super kind and helpful, everything was very clean. Can’t wait to go back!

One of the best meals you will ever eat. The most fresh ingredients, generous serving, and clearly made with love. Bus your own table, very limited seating inside but plenty of outdoor seating. First come first serve, show up early! We had the pork chop crunch wrap with scrambled eggs and cinnamon twists, everything was a home run. 10/10 would recommend, you get what you pay for.

I love trying new places and new tastes. I saw Beet Box on Instagram and Facebook and was impressed by the looks. I came on a Sunday around Brunch time. There was a line ( which moved fast) and people sitting outdoors eating. The lady taking my order at the register said she had the same name as me so

My girlfriend and I stopped at Beet Box on our way though Columbia. I got the shawarma wrap, which I thought was perfect.

Beet Box is a local gem. The menu is small, so everything is on point and packed with flavor. The wraps are filled with fresh ingredients and are large enough to share. Treat yourself and order the fries, they are delicious. We also took some pastries home and they didn’t disappoint. Next time we are in Columbia we’ll be dining at Beet Box again.

I went in for the brunch special and was absolutely blown away by the quality and flavor of my meal. I had tried to visit a few times before, but they were never open, and was grateful I kept trying. Probably the best brunch I’ve ever had. Espresso wasn’t the way to go… the flavor was bizarre, but i’ll forgive it since it was only $3.

An atypical Mediterranean restaurant due to a revolving and small menu. If you are adventurous, this place is for you. For example, apple slices in shawarma is a bold recipe decision. However, it is also something I would never order again. The lambs and eggs were well cooked and juicy. The seasoning on the za’atar fries were really good. The seating area is very limited, leading to it feeling a little cramped.
