I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have a meal with a friend. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was so full of joy and happiness

We came here to finish up dinner that started at Grandview Tavern next door. We left because of extremely bad service. Here, the service was good. Cheery, nice, helpful servers. However, I ordered a tenderloin medium rare. It came well done and looked so unappetizing, I asked them to take it back and I didn’t order something else. So I didn’t eat here. But husbands lobster pasta he said was decent, but nothing special. My daughter got the chocolate cake though, and it looked awesome and she loved it. Oh and my husband’s Manhattan was not made correctly at all. I didn’t even order a drink because the cocktail menu looked super boring. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t go back. The patio is cool and had live music. Had the potential to be great, but the menu and food made it fall really short.

Came here by accident…thought it was a different restaurant. Pleasant surprise! Nice outdoor seating area, quaint inside. They had a very talented performer playing the guitar, harmonica and singing…not too loud, just right! The food was fantastic and the service was friendly! I had the Cajun Bayou Fettuccine and my wife had the Crab Cakes with a Wedge Salad and glass of wine. Accidental visit or destiny?…you decide!

Our party of 7 ate outside on a very breezy evening with a good chance of rain (no inside tables at the time). We asked for our dinners in take-out boxes just in case. Then they said there was a table inside, and we moved just in time.

Food was delicious! The staff was friendly but unfortunately not very efficient. Waited half hour for a table because the tables weren’t being turned over very quickly. The appetizer took 20 minutes and entrees another 30 minutes.

My one and only experience was pretty abysmal. To be clear, the food was okay, I’d say “fine”. Not as good as I would expect for the price, but it was okay. The service was the worse part – twenty minutes of our group waiting to even get a drink order in we finally got someone’s attention and then we were given attitude about why she didn’t come to our table. After ordering dinner, we waited over an hour – again, flagged someone down and I simply asked “is there an issue in the kitchen that would be helpful for us to know?” she turned away from me and walked away! I tried to get her attention again, “ma’am…” and just… walked away. The owner was there but declined to speak to us, but rather instructed the server to give us a free drink… we were at the point of dessert by that point. Communication, kindness, and general attentiveness even there are problems would have gone a long way.

All of our food was delicious! The fried pickles were some of the best I’ve ever had. My husband ordered the Parmasan Crusted Grouper and I had the Chicken Breast Sandwich with a caesar salad. No complaints on anything! They had live music and were able to accommodate our table of 8. Highly recommend!

We recently enjoyed an outdoor dinner at Behle Street by Sheli on a Sunday night and had a lovely evening. While it took a long time for our food to come out, when it did, it was hot and tasty. We tried the fried pickles for an appetizer as well as the wedge salad and Caesar salad – all were good. The grouper was good as well – it came with 2 small shrimp on top of a bed of rice with a cream sauce. The crab cakes and burgers were also good. We also tried the pasta with andouille sausage, which was just ok. Our server was really friendly and personable and the live acoustic guitar sounded great and set a nice atmosphere.
