I was in the store today and saw a big Chinese guy in a white shirt pushing food in his mouth with his bare hands and then he blow his nose with a napkin and never wash his hand and a other Chinese guy who’s handling food eating something and spitting it in his own hands and then serving food I put my change in the tip for about $180. and the try to charge me 35 cents for hot pepper most places give it free. I am never going back to this nasty place.

We have been ordering from Beijing since the 80s when it was called something else. My dad used to pick up on the way home on Fridays. Beijing is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant! I compare any other Chinese restaurant to Beijing’s food. My preferences of favorite dish has changed over the years. Currently, sesame chicken is the dish du jour. Always shows up fast and hot. Best in the FNE!!!

Ordered Beijing for Christmas night dinner. Really good! Got 3 General Tso platters, Chicken lo Mein & Wonton soup. Fed 4 adults for $50 … not bad. Everything was really good. Not saying it’s the best Chinese I’ve EVER had, but probably the best in NE Philly. Will definitely order again. BTW – cash only

Presently surprised first-time delivery was recommended by Facebook Parkwood group and since usual place is closed on Monday we thought why not give it a try. A general Chow’s was crispy like double fried chicken wings and the sauce was spicy and sweet at the same time. Egg rolls for good. The shrimp with garlic sauce was very banging and very hot. Sweet-and-sour shrimp was also good. This place only takes cash, even on delivery. My wife likes the fried rice because it doesn’t have pork in it.

This was my first time trying this place and I was pleased. I ordered the shrimp lo mein and chicken wings. The wings were very flavorful; the lo mein was good and had plenty of shrimp. The food was made fresh and was still nice and hot when I got home. Staff was also friendly. It’s a cash only establishment, so keep that in mind. Overall, money well spent.

I loved my food!! Driver was very patient! Finally found my place ! Egg drop soup was amazing and the chicken and broccoli so much flavor and the best egg roll in the 19114 area!!

I used to enjoy this restaurants food but nothing stays good forever. I have noticed a change recently. The portions have gotten smaller and the containers have gotten smaller. Most of the specials are now mostly rice with the veggies and meat sprinkled on top. The Won Ton have less meat and lots more dough.I’m guessing they are on the “COVID” bandwagon.

I rarely give out 5 stars, (I gave them 4 before) unless they deserve it. They do!!! Food is really good. I’ve never gotten sick after eating here and I’ve been there over 20 times. They always answer the phone. There dumpling sauce is great. Prices have gone up though. A pint of chicken in broccoli sauce, white rice cost me $8.15 after taxes. I use to pay 6 bucks here last year. I wish they had an online menu so that I can compare prices.

I really enjoy the quality of the food here. The house fried rice is my go to with fried chicken wings, and it hasn’t disappointed yet. The general tos was good too! They are just out of my zip code for delivery but it’s definitely worth the drive. It’s important to note that this is a cash only establishment, I do hope they “get with the times” because I never carry cash and it’s truly an inconvenience that they don’t accept cards.
