First time eating here called and ordered the family dinner (3 meats 1 fried rice 3 egg rolls) and waited about 25 mins before leaving out get there and have to wait an additional 20 mins for the food.

Ordered two lunch specials with 2 shrimp egg rolls. One of the shrimp rolls look like someone took a bite out of it. There is no way you could not have noticed it prior to packaging. We are shocked and disappointed because we been patronizing the establishment for years with no issues.

RICH CULTURE
This place purposely under serve our community by selling low quality food. The chicken and full of dough and it not even edible. The sesame chicken and orange chicken is the worse I’ve ever had and you can’t even chew it. I’ve order food from this several times over the past year and never complained and I feel like that is the reason they continue to under serve. I’m sorry to leave bad review but the over quality could be better.

Absolutely my favorite Chinese Takeout in Indy. It does all of my favorites so well and the customer service has been great. I know they prefer delivering to places they’ve delivered before, so it was interesting the first time, but it’s so worth it. Cost is great and the delivery guy is very sweet.
