The Food here is great! The egg rolls are perfect and not greasy. The Fried rice you can modify to eliminate things you don’t want in it like corn & Peas, YAY! and this is the first restaurant where the wonton soup is not too salty, its great and you get a ton of wontons! Love tis Chinese Restaurant!

We just moved to Holbrook and we decided to have Chinese for dinner since my granddaughter was with us. We don’t know many places around here and when I looked it up they had great reviews. They did not disappoint. The food was very tasty and seasoned well. We really enjoyed the meal.

My absolute favorite Chinese takeout place. I wanted them to cater my Christmas Eve dinner, and they went above and beyond. They are so incredibly friendly, kind, and hard working. I did half trays of General Tao’s Chicken, Chicken fried rice, and Spare ribs on the bone. The food was neatly packaged and cooked to perfection. All of my guests raved about the quality! Avoid the dumplings! Though they are very large, the dough is extremely thick and undercooked. The white rice was gross. Ordered beef and mushroom as a main dish the beef tasted off the mushroom was gross and so was the sauce. The only reason I gave a second star is because they were nice enough to offer a refund which I declined.

Does anyone make authentic fried rice anymore? I hate yellow rice. I hate veggies in my fried rice except onions and I like my Fried rice to actually be fried. And how about with eggs. I’m so sad the Hoi Ming closed, only place you could have got real authentic fried rice, not yellow rice. It’s a huge complaint of mine and a forever disappointment.

Not sure what happened to this restaurant. I have been going here for years. The last two times were subpar. I ordered an item and was given the wrong food the first time I went here last week and the food was mediocre at best. As this restaurant is usually pretty tasty, I thought it was just a fluke.
