Hidden gem in Dodge City. Was definitely not expecting such a great meal but as you can see my husband and I devoured our food. Yes there is construction in front of the building and yes the decor could be updated BUT if the food is this good I wouldn’t care if they served it out of a food truck or a basement. The food was served quickly and the portions were generous. The flavors were great, the seasonings were not overpowering, and the sauce consistency was perfect. The meatballs and sausage were tender, moist, and flavorful. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.

Walked into this ‘hole in the wall’ restaurant, sat down at a table and looked around. The atmosphere feels old and outdated. The menu prices were almost all below $20 for every item. We ordered our food and waited. When our food arrived, we were blown away by the portion sizes for the prices!!! First bite, and we were in love with the food! Completely taken by surprise, we all agreed that we will be back to this place every single time we are in or near Dodge City! Absolutely blown away by how delicious and perfectly cooked the food was! The pasta was perfect, the calzone/pizza dough was the best I’ve ever had in my entire life, and all the proteins were superb!! To anyone and everyone who enjoys TRUE Italian cooking, go to this restaurant and prepare to be amazed and delighted!!

We have eaten here several times over the last few months when traveling. Don’t be put off by the endless construction out front. We have been very happy with everything we tried. My new favorite is the Ravioli Mushroom Marsala – wanted to lick the plate. Out-ordered my husband this time, but he was very happy with his Frank Sinatra.

Great food! Great service! My wife and I split a calzone, and our child had a peperoni pizza from the kid’s menu. Our waiter brought bread and marinara sauce as a complementary appetizer. Our waiter was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. 5-Stars, for sure! Highly recommended!

Delicious! In Dodge City for work & stopped by afterwards for some takeout. The bread was AMAZING & the Stephanie was delicious. I got Alfredo to dip my bread into and man it was the best decision ever. If I’m pulled back here again for work I’ll definitely be coming back (mostly for the bread!)

I will start of by saying the service was good and attentive. We had the Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Carbinara and the Stephanie all with Ceasar Salads and breadsticks. I could handle the poor tasting and microwaved food better had the restaurant at least been clean, however the table cloths and placemats were not changed, just dusted off. You could see the sauce of who knows how many diners prior to your visit. The oil and vinegar bottles were filthy, however the dishes the food was served on appeared clean. Speaking of food– the Carbonara was unedible, the Chicken in all dishes tasted microwaved, the Stephanie was supposed to be a “baked” pasta, pretty sure it was microwaved, the cheese had not been browned. The breadsticks hard, dry, old and tasteless, the salads were only iceburg Lettuce with a ton of dressing and a weird amount of water set in the bottom of the salad bowl. I could tell when I walked in that no one in the restaurant was enjoying themselves and I should’ve left, but I was craving pasta. I would have been better off ordering pasta from Domino’s.

Bella’s had a really cool interior with a great atmosphere. The bread was definitely different than a normal Italian restaurant. The food was good and nice and hot. The chicken for my alfredo pasta was not grilled chicken breast but was still good. My wife really liked the shrimp tortellini alfredo.

What an idiotic idea for this restaurant to package pasta orders in flimsy styrofoam containers. Look at this mess the DoorDash driver just delivered. Never ordering from this Bella Italia restaurant again.
