This is one of favorite spots to eat! We order pizza tonight and some cheese bread and some other things. But the food is always good no matter what we order. The employees are also super nice and quick to help and take your order. I highly recommend if your in the area to stop here and eat!

Ordered “All Meat” square deep dish and “Roma Supreme” square deep dish and asked for them to be delivered on top of my smoker outside my door. I went out to get the pizzas and they were on the ground where bugs are. Took them inside and there wasn’t a “Meat” pizza. One pizza did t have any meat on it all and it didn’t taste good at all. The supreme looks right but we didn’t eat it. I called to ask for the manager so I could get an “All Meat” delivered and he/she was too busy to talk to a customer. Poor customer service! It has been a while since we ordered from Bella Roma and it will more than likely be the last. ♂️

We order from here on Sundays, usually, and today we had it delivered. There was an issue with our order taken to the wrong address, but when we called, they were extremely helpful and kind! Very professional and efficient in resolving our issue, and our food was delicious!

Moved to the area and trying new pizza places to try to find something similar with our favorite from back home. Ordered for pick up, we live less than 5 minutes away, showed up when they said it would be ready(30 minutes) and as it was sitting on my lap in the car I couldn’t feel the heat on my legs like I normally do, ate right when we got home and it was pretty much already cold. Greek salad with a hundred pizza pepperonis on it? I haven’t seen Greek salad like that. Very fast food type feel and run by a bunch of high school kids at the counter that don’t seem to really care. Won’t be back, don’t know where the good reviews came from

I can’t say how the food is because after spending 30 min figuring out what we wanted, when I called to place the order, they told me it was too busy to take any more orders. I have never in my life had a business refuse business. I will definitely not try to order from here in the future, so I guess I’ll never know how the food is. Back to Knoxville once again for a decent meal.

The garlic butter blend on the bread is delicious. Paired with the chunky marinara sauce its a must have. I opted to try the deep dish speciality pizzas so i got a bbq chicken and a chicken alfredo. Best pizza i have had in a long time. The alfredo and bbq sauce really stands out. Its top tier compared any chain pizza joint. You may get more for the money elsewhere, but if you want quality over quantity this is a great place to try. I see alot of negative reviews about the delivery service, carry out through grubhub instead if you can. I had excellent experience.
