We have been here at least 5 times and have yet to get good service. For some reason we keep going back…I guess because the food is great and affordable. We keep hoping they will get friendlier….this time was the worst though- google says they are open until 9. We were there at 7:55 and told we could be seated if we ordered quickly. He proceeded to not speak to us besides ask us what we wanted and when we thanked him when he brought our food, he didn’t say a word. The worst service yet and finally pushed us to stop giving them chances. By the way, this was the owner’s son, not a random employee.

Williamsville is very lucky to have this hometown gem. Bella’s has great food and awesome specials. I highly recommend the fettuccini alfredo or pizza. It’s one of my favorite places and super convenient to get to.

Food was excellent. I had the special, portabella mushroom Alfredo and hubs had the white chicken lasagna. Both were great and we each have another meal due to generous portions.

Well, I am not sure! The food is not horrible but it took over an hour to get it. Pretty average so I probably won’t visit again! Just didn’t like the vibe. Oh yeah, they don’t carry a good chunk of the menu items now. No hot or italian wings or desserts(except cannoli).
