The food was really good! Great portions. Our waitress was super nice! I have four stars because when we first came in, they people seating us were very snobby, and my Mom wanted to go for her birthday, i walk with a cane, and they made us walk all over before seating us, and they were rude! Great salad, bread, and dinner. I would try again!

We have eaten here several times, always above average service. Food is prepared quickly and prepared very well. Only down fall for me is I eat way to much bread prior to my quickly severed meal arriving to the table. That bread should be illegal;) it is awesome, and they will let you purchase loafs to take home. We throw them in the freezer and enjoy at a later date. Great place to dine!

Me and my girlfriend went before Prom and had not been there before so we weren’t sure what to expect. However we both loved our food. And our service was great. Our waiter was named Corey or Cory, not sure how to spell it, but he was very cool about everything and was awesome. I would give 5 stars but the only issue was that it was extremely cold in there. I understand that they can’t really control it because of the hotel but it was freezing, so cold it actually made my food kinda cold. Still great though.

My wife and I ate here for the first time on Valentines Day of 2018. The atmosphere and service was fantastic. The food was very good. My only 2 complaints was that the food could have been a little hotter and the portion sizes could have been a little bigger. My lasagna was $16 and was about the size of my palm and was less than an inch tall. For $16 I would expect it to take up most of the plate and be thicker. However, my wife’s chicken alfredo was pretty decent in size. I will definitely go back but I probably won’t rush back any time soon.

Food was great, service was great, very clean, quite atmosphere, nice clean cut professional looking staff, manager, Alan, came and greeted us during our meal, let us know about an upcoming menu change in the possible months for the warmer weather which was nice to know, all around good experience. Only suggestions, name tags (I’d mention how great our server was but only caught her name once) and more garlic in the dipping bread oil and or mix, to give it more of that true Italian flare! We will be back!

I was so impressed with the service! My husband and I took our whole family out for a special dinner (group of 10) and we never once had an empty glass or dirty plate in front of us. The food and desert were amazing unlike anything else you can get in Warsaw. We will defiantly be making Bella Vitale a regular restaurant of choice!!!!

We waited on a seat in the recovery lounge bar area and decided to stay there. We haven’t been in before so it takes a minute to decide what you want. I ordered the lasagna and my wife ordered the Center cut 6 ounce fillet. After we ordered it took 30 min to get our salad. And the waitress/bartender got more snotty and rude as the night went on. We finished our salads which were not the best and our food came . My wife’s came out cooked correctly but looked and tasted like a piece of overpriced round steak and mine came out on a hot plate that had obviously set for most of the time we were there, as it had about 3/4 of an inch of burnt edge on the plate and it tasted awful. Needless to say we will not be going back…ever. apparently if you are in a group you get better service.

Great Italian food and drink selection. Mention you are attending an event at the Wagon Wheel next door and receive a discount. Nice environment, they try to give you an upscale feel in a relaxed comfortable environment. This restaurant is located in a hotel but is better than most hotel restaurants. There is also a little bar at the front of the hotel that is a nice place to sip cocktails but don’t confuse it with the restaurant further back inside the hotel.

We made reservations, arrived on time & then sat at our table for 20 minutes, waiting. We had to get the attention of the hostess to even get our water glasses filled. The waitress was polite, but obviously harried, explaining they were short-handed. It took nearly an hour to get bread & appetizers. Our food was okay, but we will not be returning to Belle Vitale. Absolutely terribly slow service. If there was a manager working, they never came to check on anyone. We were one of many upset tables. #JustGoToApplebeesInstead #StressfulEvening
