We visited TN and were looking for a pizza for lunch. OMG this pizza is delicious and well cooked. The size of the pizza pie is pretty big as compare to other large size pizza pie. The pizza was served in well mannered portions, with plates. The restaurant was very clean. The service is outstanding. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed the Arcade inside the restaurant. I would highly recommend this pizza place. I would definitely visit this place in future when I visit TN.

The Bellacino’s Bayou is pretty good. Toasted bun top and bottom, chicken strips were tender, definitely spicy but not overwhelming, seasoning is comparable to cayenne pepper?

We’ve been going to this location since it opened several years ago, however, our most recent trip may very well be our last. There were about 2 other tables eating when we ordered and a couple leaving so it wasn’t that they were busy. When we ordered we were treated rudely but tried to be understanding as we can all have bad days. We had paid for our food and sat down to wait. When it arrived, it wasn’t correct, so rather than complaining, I went up to ask for some condiments to make our food closer to what we ordered. The manager, tall female with a single airpod in her ear, came up and said, “what?” I asked for the condiments and she just stared at me. So I repeated it thinking with that airpod in her ear that she didn’t hear me. She still just stared at me and I said we paid for our food and need it for the grinders. She rolled her eyes and walked off. When she returned she again rolled her eyes and pushed them at me. I said thank you and she huffed and again rolled her eyes and disappeared. There were two other female employees that were fusing about the manager and cursing. Overall, it was a horrible experience. The table group who came in about 10 minutes after us were also talking about how rude they were treated. We echoed our experience and said telling the manager won’t help as she was worse.

We were visiting from Delaware and just wanted a quick meal after driving 10 hours… This was close to our cabin and the grinders were delicious! We also ordered pizza and our group enjoyed that as well well. Time was reasonable from when we called it in to when it was ready

Don’t know if they just had an off night or this is what folks rave about but the food was horribly bland. The consistency of the crust was either cardboard or dough all on the same pizza. The cheese was quite chewy and lacked any identifiable flavor. The cashier had a look on her that she was already checked out. I would recommend finding somewhere else to get your pizza fix as we won’t be returning here.

Food wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. Staff is LAZY! All of the tables were dirty and the place was empty. Staff were sitting playing on phones and acted like it was an inconvenience we were there. When the girl brought us out food, we asked for BBQ sauce and she said to my wife “can you come get it”. After getting the BBQ sauce, the girl went say at one of the arcade machines and started playing on her phone again. Not once did any of the three employees lean the tables.

This was totally unexpected. We were driving by and stopped over for lunch. Thought it would be OK food unless we started eating. The sandwiches were sooo delicious. They bake the bread fresh! The bread was like melting in the mouth.

Food was good as usual but dining room was filthy. Most tables had some sort of food debris or trash on them. Restaurant was not busy at all but rather than clean up the tables plenty of employees were just standing around on their phones or talking. If the front is this dirty I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like.

This is the second time I’ve ate at this restaurant. The food is good, when they get the order correct. Both times we ordered pizza and boneless wings plain with nothing on them and the first time they were BBQ and the second time they did half Buffalo half BBQ. Not even close. When she brought the wings out we told her they were wrong and she just kind of looked at us (she had ear buds in talking on the phone) so we offered to pay for the next set as well. Which we also did the first time, too. At no point did she say we didn’t have to pay. She brought our pizza out, and we said thank you she didn’t reply. Then she brought the wings we said thank you and she said you’re welcome. I honestly feel like a burden when I eat here which sucks because the food is so good but they need new/better workers
