I ordered a pizza tonight at 330 pm, and I have to say, it was the perfect pizza!!!!! This was by far THE best pizza I’ve ever purchased from this location, they’re always good but this one was fantastic. The crust, the toppings, the temperature. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Worked here for 4-5 months, now I feel due to leave a brutally honest review. For starters, the food overall is alright across the board. I’ve had almost all the grinders here and haven’t really been disappointed with most of them, and the same could be said for the pizzas. I’ve come up with this BBQ Chicken Calzone which is nothing short of amazing; I would highly recommend but it isn’t on the menu. I’d imagine it would fit in perfectly.

We stop at Bellacino’s whenever we are close. This is the only one left in the area as far as I know. Their sandwiches (ok, grinders) are excellent. We got the pizza once as well and it was very good. Oh and by the way, their side salads are about the best in the business. If you are in the area, be sure and stop. It’s well worth it.

We enjoyed dinner at Bellacino’s the food was excellent. However customer service lacks. I asked to speak to a manager, who was not friendly!!! After my daughter in law went to get our family a to go box, but was giving styrofoam containers. The manager I spoke to informed me that boxes cost money, and they are given to customers that order their pizza to go. I understand the inconvenience of handing a customer a large box when they only have a few pieces. We had an entire large pizza left over, a small styrofoam box is not going to hold that amount of left over pizza. Also, my son spent 100$ taking us out to dinner, it seems like poor customer service when 1 pizza box cost more then multiple styrofoam containers. I don’t feel this manager exemplifies the family atmosphere my family and I go to Bellacino’s to experience. While the manager did grudgingly have a staff member hand us a box, she only did so because she said she did not have to deal with me and my complaint. Next time we will order to go so if we have left overs we don’t have to fight about a box. But it seems that would not be as cost effective for your business matrix.

I have gotten good food from Bellacino’s before, but the last time I was in there it was terrible. The crust was really tough. I couldn’t even eat it. My friend ordered a Hawian pizza and they put BBQ sauce on it. She did not like it. The menu said it was supposed to be pizza sauce. I will not order any more pizza from there. A lady came out and ask us how every thing was and we told her but they didn’t even offer to make more. I think we should get a free pizza for both of us.
