Ordered $50 worth of subs and cheese bread from here just now. The cheese bread was missing and as you can see below all of the sub bread has mold growing on it. Totally disgusted. Tried calling twice and no one would answer the phone.

I’ve attempted to order multiple times from them and only was successful once. They updated their listing 6 days ago saying they are now open until 10. I thought that would be wonderful to order tonight, their phone number is saying it’s disconnected and nothing else is listed. If that isn’t enough, they are frequently out of one ingredient or another.

Love, love, love the food. Reason for the so so rating? Arrived Sunday morning at 10:57AM. Store not open, sat down to go to website to find out if they were even open on Sunday. Website says open every day at 10AM. Called the number on website, but it just rang. No info to days or hours of operation. 11AM employee shows up, I questioned if open a11AM on Sundays

This location is never open and nobody is ever there. Been by there no less than 3 times (recent visit was on 6/11/22) this past month during normal business hours and nobody is there. Corporate or Franchisee should post an update at Meijer or on their website. Not good business practice!

I spend half the year in Michigan. I always look forward to eating here. But they have gone and pulled the same scam that other eateries have. They canged their delicious bread to regular sub buns, but they didn’t lower the price for the downgrade. They are now just another overpriced run of the mill sub joint. I am so sad.
