I eat at this Bellacino’s often with no problem; however, we ordered some food for carry out two days ago and the food literally made me sick. When we went to pick up the food, a very young worker was mopping the floor while I was at the counter paying for my $50 order. I watched him put the mop in the bucket when he was done and walk straight to making pizzas without washing his hands, which was utterly disgusting and unsanitary. I immediately pointed it out to the guy that rang up my bill. That same night I woke up at 4am with an upset stomach as was sick for the rest of the night into the morning and the only thing I ate that day was Bellacino’s. I called first thing in the morning and spoke to a manager and she said there was nothing she could do and took my number and said “hopefully, the owner will call you” she said she could not compensate me in any way to make it right, only he could. It’s been two days and no one even bothered to call me back. That’s very disappointing, especially since we have been loyal customers for years and give them a lot of business. That’s no way to treat your customers. Do not eat here if you don’t want to get sick. They are careless and should be reported for how they handle the food they prepare and serve to people.

I travel a lot now and normally try the different restaurants in new areas I’ve never been to, and I was skeptical because of the reviews, but they were very friendly, and the pizza was good. Don’t let the picture fool you…the toppings ordered were hidden under all that cheese.

Very friendly staff. Great pizza! Tried it for the first time yesterday. Found the pizza very tasty and worth another visit. Tried the chicken bacon ranch and pepperoni, both at the staffs recommendation. I preferred the pepperoni but my friend preferred there chicken bacon RAC non ranch.

The manager was not treating you’re employee very well when he was trying to help me! they are also not training them properly, you’re young employee did not know how to mop I tried to help him the lady in the back started yelling at him to come back even though the pop was not cleaned off the floor. He had no clue how to mop I was trying to show him how to mop the manager was just yelling at him saying it’s fine.
