I’ve been to Bellacino’s before but this is the first time I’ve been to this location since it took over for the old Dave’s Subs. I really like the remodel of the interior. Listened to Queen on the sound system as they made my order. Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious as expected. Bellacino’s has great grinders.

I felt the food was very mediocre. The chicken wings were service was good. I would rank the grinders below subway and Jimmy Jons. The bread and flavor combinations were just average. I didn’t like the batter/ breading on the wings. For the price point, lots of places do it better. The staff were nice and my family did enjoy the meal overall. But I probably won’t be a regular here.

First time caller. Last time customer. Website is horrible to set up and has several flaws. Ordered, looked it over more than a few times. Order arrived. No Pink Lemonade or Raspberry Iced Tea gallons. Oops. Driver cusses. Ok, I can let the cussing go. He was apologetic and offered a free bread and was going back to to the store to get the drinks. Another 20 minute wait. Then I open the pizzas. Got a BLT 8 inch. So I called and was put on hold for 2 minutes. I hung up. Called again, and they answered. Girl was nice, apologetic as I asked, doesn’t a BLT come with Lettuce & Tomato? She said, didn’t it come with L&T? Huh, why would I call if it didn’t? So they would make another one. Then I called and had wanted to see if I could I substitute the free Cinnamon Bread for another 8 inch pizza, a ham and mushroom. Girl answers puts me on hold. OMG. Then another 2-2 1/2 minutes pass and I hung up. I called gain, the driver answered and I inquired about the substitution. He graciously accepted. Then he arrived again. Stated they had a call off (why do people even bother to apply for jobs if you’re not going to be responsible?) and we’re a bit slammed. Ok I thought. Gave me my drinks. I wasn’t looking. After he left I received two gallon jugs of iced tea, NO pink lemonade. I wasn’t going to call again. Rather I would just voice my opinion and Caveat Emptor to all to warn you. My experience may not be yours, but it is frustrating that they would rather rush than be right. I always say quality and committment over everything. They failed the first time and therefore will not get a second time. Won’t hurt them, but that is what KMart said before the implosion. Team, think and review. QC before the product goes out. By the way, $52 after tip.

The been looking for a good Pizza place for awhile. The first couple times I ordered from there I thought I found it. The last time I ordered not only was my pizza Luke warm but there wasn’t any pepperoni which I ordered. This time, which was today 2/3/2023 the pizza wasn’t hot. Was there before the 20 to 25 minute time they gave me when it would be ready too. I’ll have to start looking once again.

One of the best michigan pizza chain. Good ingridents, dough is kind of tough when it is cold. Great service and also I am suprise they have full staff. Every other places are short in staff right now. Pizza taste great if you heat them up on a pan, the bread will be crispy
