Store was not very clean and the employees were very slow and acted like they didn’t know how to do their job. The girl taking our order asked what kind of sauce we wanted with our bread sticks and I asked what kind they had she ignored me and gave us our total. I would understand if she didn’t hear me ask but she asked what sauce and I never gave her an answer! The pizza was very average but the garlic sticks were amazing. I would come back for just the garlic sticks.

I’m forced to give a star but this place was beyond disappointing. Burnt pizza, over fried ravioli, and the steak grinder was drier than the desert. 77 dollars spent. Thankfully I got a refund. My dog won’t even eat the food. That’s how bad it was.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute trash. Door dashed for dinner. Ordered 3 things…3. Ended up with 2 bags of fries that we didn’t order and some poor excuse for chicken. A $50+ order. The bags were not sealed and did not have our name on them. I reached out to Door Dash to report an issue and called Bellacino’s to confirm this was my order that was picked up. Some kid had no idea what he was doing-spoke to a female associate who was rude and told us to call Door Dash. We asked to speak to manager-we were placed on hold and they never picked up the call.
