Officially 4.5 for us. Our thing is eating a local pizza place whenever we stay out of state. We got a medium Grand Slam (deluxe). Took about 25 minutes as we waited in the shop. Pizza was delicious, just a bit on the salty side. I loved the crust and dough. Fresh quality ingredients are always appreciated. Very filling, but we’ll have a couple slices leftover for tomorrow. Kyle says 2 thumbs up and almost ate 3 whole slices. Dining room in need of some up to date benches or re-vinaling. I think if they spent a day deep cleaning floors, tables, walls, chairs, coolers, etc; it could really enhance the dine-in experience. Otherwise a great location for carry out and about 10 customers picked up orders during our wait time. Obviously a popular location and we’re glad we got to try it!

So I ordered delivery from them for my family (which includes children). They delivered my food to the wrong unit, didn’t call for directions and wen I reached out to them to let them know that I never received my food, they wouldn’t make it right! I am here without my money and without my food! The owner just argued with me and he didn’t even speak to the driver and once again THEY NEVER CALLED FOR HELP! They didn’t verify the correct address or anything. I live in apartments where some of the unit numbers are the same so a call for confirmation would have helped the driver. Also it’s not far fetched to say they made a mistake!!!! Again the restaurant wouldn’t make it right and slice just told me there was nothing they could do and hung up in my face!!!!! I will never order from theses people again! NEVER!

I had hair in my fries.( Which were soaked with oil which is an indication that old fries were just recooked. When I called to complain, I was asked what do I want now by Sayed. I was also told that the manager Sonei would call me back and after 3 hrs with no phone call , I went in person to receive a refund. My cheese fish sub had extra hots on it when I asked for lite hots. Prayerfully there was no hair in my sub because I ate half of it before realizing there was hair in my food. EAT HERE WITH CAUTION!

The nastiest, driest Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my life. The bread was old and stale af!! I asked for extra mayo and they they totally disregarded that. The meat was over cooked and burnt. The sandwich was also very cold. This place has feel completely off. It use to be a staple in owings mills, but now it’s complete trash. Just look at the picture smh. My expectations for restaurants nowadays aren’t high, but how can a store serve this mess they gave me smh. I will not be returning after coming to place after all these years.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We purchased a cheese steak sub which was over cooked and dried out, my son ordered chicken tenders and fries, 4 hours later he threw up all over the place for 2 hours! Chicken chunks all in his vomit! It was horrible for him. I had to take him to the emergency room the next day for treatment. We also ordered 2 xl pizzas. One with half chicken and half pepperoni, and one with extra cheese. We asked for XX sauce. Well both pizzas was dried out, the cheese was over cooked, and both pizza’s barely had any sauce at all. The pizza’s taste terrible. We saved the pizzas to return to the restaurant. We called the manager at Balligio inform him of the horrible experience we had. I had to tell 3 people the same story. The manager finally got on the phone. He was not trying to help us at all. We wasted $51.00. The manager said that they already Z-ed out the register and he cannot refund me my money. I was like what! I worked in the restaurant industry for 35 as a district manager. I would never allow my managers or employees to treat a customer like this! We also noticed the floors, counters, tables and walls were dirty. Nevertheless, we called the health department fir them to check this overall restaurant and food safety issues out. I also called an attorney because our son was good poisoned. Do not ever eat there if you want good safe food.

I asked for thick crust and I received what looked like thin crust. I’ll call them back to let them know that I received thin crust instead of Thick crust. They proceeded to tell me that this is the thickest that they make. Even the photo that they have on their website is thicker than this. I gave them two stars because the staff was really polite. I also got wings but they were mediocre at best. I appreciate the staff for being so kind and polite when taking my order, but this will be my last time ordering from here

only ordered wings before which have been fine but the one time I order a sub the meat in it is completely different. I ordered an Italian Cold Cut but got an American Cold Cut and the funny thing is the label on the container that had it in there clearly said “Italian”. And I ordered a bottle of water and did not get it.
