This place can make amazing pizza and has many times for us. Unfortunately the last two times, it was sub par at best. Time before last they forgot our olives. This last time, they completely oversaturated one half with too much tomato sauce and completely left off the tomatoes on the other half (the oasis) and barely put any spinach. It was pretty much inedible and I am out almost $30. E-mail to corporate for resolution yielded zero response so here I am leaving a review I was hoping I didn’t have to and wouldn’t have if they cared enough to make it right. With so many good pizza places in this neighborhood – you gotta do better or everyone will just go somewhere else.

This is the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. New to the Oregon area and was told to check this place out. The pizza is a thick slice with a chewy crust. I had the mystery pizza and it was delicious! Flavor is excellent and they have great service! Definitely coming back again.

My first time trying this place; I ordered via Uber Eats & selected a small build your own pizza. A main reason I chose this place is because it offered “roma tomatoes on THE SIDE.” It’s rare to find a place that offers toms on the side, especially for delivery; it’s a real treat for me. I cannot stand toms cooked on the pizza & love to eat them cold on a hot pie.

Been ordering from the Jefferson location nearly 5 years. Use to be one of the best. But over the past 18ish months, every times we have given them another chance, their pizza has not been very good at all. Their sauce seems different, and their dough is NEVER COOKED ENOUGH. The pizza looks cooked, but even the crust, when you bite in, is no longer fluffy cooked pizza bread, but instead it’s dense, very moist, and make us feel gross. We also stopped ordering their cinnamon and other breadsticks because they would never be cooked. 5 times in a row over months we gave repeated chances, and they were so undercooked you could stretch the cinnamon sticks like raw stretchy dough, only the very ends of the sticks would be cooked. We politely said something a while ago, but nothing has changed for the better. They are a little more pricey, but at this point, the only good pizza on this side of the bridges imo are the star, and pizza kat.

Ordered pizzas and a order of breadsticks today. Pizza was good but they actually sent us these burnt breadsticks. Who decided these were ok to go out to a customer?!? Based on pizza probably 3.5 -4 stars but these gross sticks changed that.

This place charged my debit card but never delivered the pizza… UPDATE: The pizza was delivered at noon the next day. 17 hours after I placed the order… But at at least it does taste great.

Stopped by for lunch today and glad that I did. I had a pepperoni and green pepper pie and everything about it was great! I have been to other Bellagios before and they are very consistent at each location.
