When we arrived around 6:30 on a Saturday, we were the only people dining in, so the service was quick at first. We ordered a 10 piece buffalo wing to start and the wings came out fairly quickly. They were hot and crispy-fresh, and ended up being the highlight of the meal. As far as buffalo goes, they weren’t too spicy which is fine for me.

The vibe here is amazing !! you can order to go, sit down and eat or hit the bar area and play pool. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for my family. We had our 2 year old with us and they put juice in his cup, cut up his pizza for us and did it with the best attitude the whole time. I wish I knew our waitresses name but she wore a choker necklace and was hilarious and so awesome. The food was authentic italian and huge portions just like my family is used to. We got the spaghetti and meat sauce and it was exceptional and the pizza was so cheesy and good ! I wish we lived in ATL just to eat here more often. Definitely try it out!! you won’t be disappointed! The garlic knots were melt in your mouth good and my toddler was obsessed !

Food is usually good but I recommend takeout only. Service has been poor due to staffing shortages. We waited a while to be waited on and eventually moved to the bar. The bartender was good with service except needed bartending experience. Poured a beer with so much foam he then blew on the drink twice. This was very concerning for us. We have enjoyed Bella’s for a long time but lately it hasn’t been the same.

Really really good food; definitely worth the cost. With that said, the overall dining experience is very dependent on who you get. I just waited over 45 minutes last night for one pizza, and had to go get my own silverware because our waitress kept forgetting to bring it.

Bella’s is definitely a treat. Pizzas / calzones are made to order and can be customized but don’t get carried away with the toppings like we did during our first visit lol. Waitress was pleasant & the food was good as usual.

I order a calzone, to go, the guy in front counter took my order and told me 10 mins. I wait for 30 mins and finally just ask for refund. The guy didn’t even care. Not even a sorry or nothing. Really bad customer service

My family and I have lived in smyrna for over 20yrs. We loved going to Bella’s school night or just to have good calzones. My family and I have tried several times over the past 2 years to eat there. The service is horrible! They don’t even greet you when you come to the counter to get your order. I stood there for maybe 5mins before the young man acknowledged me the cooks just kept cooking. The food is not what it use to be and I don’t think they really care if guests are happy or not!! We won’t be eating there again!!
