Usually have had great experiences here, however I did have a slice with a small spot of mold on it last summer, on the bottom side of the crust. Today I waited a little over 30 minutes for slices of pizza at the counter, which were immediately pulled and put in the oven. I told the kid at the counter(who looked very high) that I’d be at a table outside, and he said he would bring out the slices to me out there. No idea what happened since they made it to the oven, but I was completely forgotten about.

My family is a decade-long loyal customer here. The chicken quesadilla pizzas used to be fire every time. Now it’s sort of hit or miss. When it’s not as great, it’s still decent, though. It’s just that I used to drive almost an hour round trip to get these when they were 9 out of 10 every time. Nowadays, I’m somewhat bummed that it’s my dinner almost every time I visit family over there because I never know if it’ll be the 9/10 or the 7/10 . This review only pertains to that pizza specifically. We’ve had easily 100 of them. I think one of the chefs may be making it different.

They have a huge menu. I got penne with marinara sauce. My husband got the lasagna. Hubby says lasagna was flat, not very thick at all and portion wasnt that big. My Penne was fine, though the sauce bland. We also got calamari.. which did not have any flavor.

We ordered the Bella Sicilian special and it was tasty! It was cut into squares which was a nice surprise. We ordered the pizza to go, but the inside was really nice and the pizza was served to us quickly.

Extremely rude. My daughter and I walked in to grab a drink before practice. She was carrying her 8 pound service dog. We were screamed at to get out from across the store. Didn’t ask any questions and told me there was as sign on the door that stated “no pets” which is completely understandable however they yelled at us and almost tried to embarrass us. I would not recommend giving these people your money. Not one bit friendly.

We’ve been ordering from this place for over two years now. The last 6 times they have just completely failed on our order. This is supposed to be an extra cheese, half pepperoni. This is full pepperoni, and quite honestly looks like it was sitting out in one of their windows all day and heated up, instead of making it fresh like you should when someone orders. We’ve asked them every time to bake it light because they always over cook or burn it. I’ve never complained until now. This is absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be ordering from here again. Time to explore other options, you should too.
