Me and my family came to ballerina on acorn Alley in Kent the minute they saw our service dog the hostess went into the kitchen to ask if we could have our dog inside and they took too long to come to a conclusion. They made us wait for 5-10 minutes but then when they finally decided and we were told no and if we wanted to eat there that they had to see our papers stating he was a service dog even though he has a service tag on his collar for the state so do to that we were not going to eat there and left. As we left the manager/the one I charge yelled at us as we were leaving that we were not allowed to be there with our dog We are not ever going to eat there cause of the experience we had to eat there for the first time.

The food wasn’t bad just needed a little more seasoning. But our server was rude as hell. It was lowkey giving racist. She barely acknowledged us but I saw she acknowledged the white people that were there. She literally would just throw things at our table without saying anything. Horrible service.

Called to order chicken parm and Alfredo sauce/noodles and called back to confirm that the order was correct. 65$ later and wrong order, We called up to explain that the order was wrong only to be told you can order a new 1 and pay for it. Asked to speak to managers and the same girl put us on hold only to come back and was unprofessional. What happened to the customers are always right. The key word while ordering was Alfredo and chicken not red sauce which my kids are allergic to. They just lost 6 customers do to rude staff and treatment. Maybe they should take a course on customer service while in the field.
