Great chiefs work in the back and food is displayed in a tastee pattern on the table. Homemade sauces & great coffee. Nice linen tablecloths, napkins and all very willing to please servers. A notch above your average restaurant.

Recently, visited the Charhouse and was extremely disappointed. The customer service was terrible. Tried to send my food back because it tasted terrible and was basically told by the manager that I was going to eat it. I would not advise anyone to spend their money here. It is just too big of a risk.
