I called and Supposedly got disconnected then called back the lady answers rude. Did not ask how they can fix the mess up on the order. The shake was not thick and was told they must not have understood what was said. The cheese burger bread was hard. This place really needs to understand what customer service is. It’s ok they got my money and wont fix there wrong doing. Won’t be going back to this location. Who ever the owner is needs to get there staff in order because this is bad business all around…

Took a long time to get our FAST food. Half the food was given to us then we had to go back up to request the rest of our food. Nearly every table was dirty when we entered and it wasn’t until we were getting ready to leave that someone came out from behind the counter to wipe down tables.

Long line at the drive thru but the inside was closed. We just ordered 2 vanilla ice cream cones as the chocolate machine was done at the time. It was about 45 minutes before closing.

Great treats on a hot summer night! Be aware that the lobby closes much earlier than the drive-through. Closing time is 10pm and the lobby was closed at 9:10.

Great Ice Cream. It’s really the only Dairy Queen in the Bellevue Area, the rest of kind of far away, this one is a bit out of the way in oldtown bellevue as it is. This one gets busy, they were juggling a large crown for both drive through and walk in. Probably need more employees. Peanut Butter Puppy Chow Blizzard was the bomb. Make it permanent menu please.
