I have always had good experiences here in the past, but ordered today for takeout and my eggs on my Benedict were solid, not runny, homefries hard inside, burnt outside. Steak sandwich was good but assumed it came with fries so said “with fries”, I know prices have gone up everywhere but $6.50 for this amount of fries is absolutely nuts.

Had the half chicken which was dry and they served it with fries and pasta. A vegetable would have been better to balance out the meal. I was going up north and decided to get a 20 ounce soda for the trip and they charged me 4.27 cents. Wow

I used to love this place. My husband and I would order at least once a week. In the past three weeks, we’ve ordered twice from the online website. Not only did my debit card get hacked with fraudulent activity, and my debit card subsequently needed to be replaced TWICE, but BOTH times I got my dishes (the first time was pasta in the pink with chicken, the second is a crispy chicken Cobb salad), the food had a HAIR in it, and the chicken on my salad is grilled, not crispy. I’m frustrated, angry, grossed out and disappointed.

Place is clean,Menu is good,food is Meh.. But definitely overpriced imo.$100 for a family of 4. If you’re gonna change $5 for a OJ buy a quality juice, canned hash,and home fries that are lumps of whole potatoes with no seasoning.don’t cheap out,I’m fine with paying the extra money for quality but this isn’t it. They have a lumberjack special $13.99 but only comes w/pancakes (NO substitutions) I’ve never been to a place that won’t switch to for French toast,we even offered to pay more and was told no! The Palace used to be jammed with a wait now not so much & I can see why.

I used to love this place. Its way too expensive, they get your order wrong more often than not. I just ordered the All American Burger.. Its literally just a patty on a bun. No cheese, no tomato, no lettuce, no may or ketchup. The description said all of those things. Its really disappointing to pay 13 dollars for a burger, plus the tip for terrible food.
