Food was delicious. Service was great too. We appreciated that chef/owner Mehboba came couple of times and asked for the food. She gave us extra food as well based on what promised. Overall, good atmosphere, good food (Afghani and Italian). My children loved it. We will surely go back again.

We were so excited to try Afghan food for the first time ever and it was delicious! I loved the mantu, which our server recommended. My husband said the kabobs were some of the best he had, so tender and flavorful. He went and wrote his own Google review which he only does for places he really really like. The bolani (stuffed with potato) was such a treat (a hug for your belly kind of comfort food with kick of flavor). I love the way the food was spiced and cooked to perfect texture. My dumplings were perfect the perfect combination of textures. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Our baby tried some too. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu, and their Italian dishes.

This is the best afghan food I have tasted since I have been in the US. This made me feel like I was back home. It is very authentic to a home cooked afghan meal. The owners are very nice and hospitable. I recommend everyone to try this place.

Hole in the wall place with 5 star food and service! It’s a family owned restaurant, with the family being very welcoming, warm, and friendly people. Been here twice so far in the past month, and will definitely be back for more. The mantu is amazing! My favorite menu dish that I order every time, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu because it’s all good!

It was our first visit to this “hidden” restaurant, located in a tiny strip center (near Jasmin Bakery) off Bardstown Rd. It’s a small operation that opened recently. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter was Afghani and the service was excellent. They have 2 menus, Italian and Afghani. We ordered from the Afghani menu. We were impressed with the quality and taste of food. It’s another feather in the cap for Louisville!

Adorable little family owned bistro serving Italian and Afghani food. The Spicy Chicken Alfredo was actually surprisingly rich and spicy. The Beef and Chicken Kebabs (Kubideeh and Jujeh) were fantastic, and the service was delightfully friendly. Will definitely be back!
