I grew up in Henderson, loving Bell’s Drive In. Now, returning as an adult, I still love it, even looking through a critical lens. The way they make their burgers is delectable–like they run the beef through a fine grinder, which makes it cook very evenly. No burnt edges or “crust” to the burgers.

Bell’s is a nice little old timey diner style restaurant that used to be widely renowned for their burgers. I have not had many smash burgers like this before, but it was tasty though not much to write home about. I would say better than a fast food burger, but not as good as a homemade or gourmet style burger. As far as service goes, you walk-in, seat yourself, and the waitress comes over to take your order. My waitress was very nice and kept my party’s drinks full and our food came out fast in the middle of the lunch rush. My only gripe would be that the bench seats are very old, which though part of the charm of the old diner aesthetic, means they are very worn out and not very comfortable to sit on.

Very friendly local establishment. Stopped on the way through from Minnesota and were very pleased. The hamburgers are fresh and thick. The BBQ platter included slaw, fries and beans. The sweet BBQ sauce was amazing. Onion rings were nothing to shout about but ok. Great prices and service.

Bill’s Diner is a very good family friendly place to eat. One of the greatest things about them is how everybody works together. We had multiple servers coming up checking on us making sure everything was fine. We also Sat by the kitchen and noticed how well everyone in the kitchen work together. Everyone worked like a well-oiled machine. I’ve been here before and will definitely go back and I highly recommend it too

There was a thumb print on by burger. The buns were stale and the fries had green spots on them. Our waitress spilled sweet tea on the floor. Honestly the ketchup was the best part.
