If you’re tired of the usual Mexican and BBQ joints, come here for a change! We stumbled upon this location one evening and enjoyed a tasty dinner. Both the beer battered and blackened cod were tasty, and the hush puppies were probably the best I’ve ever had. Authentic malt vinegar and mushy peas are available! We will definitely return when we’re back in the area.

The first thing I noticed when I entered the front door was how bright and clean it was inside. You can view the kitchen over the counter from the dining room. (A real plus.) The food fully met my expectations, and my wife and I have returned time and again. We have recommended Bellville Fish N Chips to our friends without hesitation. Be sure to ask for the malt vinegar!

It is not authentic fish in chips, no beer batter fish, no mushy peas, the chips are skinny fries, no little crisps. But with all that said once getting over the expectation of true fish and chips… It was good tasting and very pleasant atmosphere.

It’s a little overpriced, but the food is decent. There’s a small selection in the menu. The aesthetics of the room are nice. Overall, I’d rate this a 6/10. I wouldn’t plan on returning, but I’m not against the idea.

I guess the full menu wasn’t up, only sandwiches and tacos. No one offered the rest of the menu and we stated it was our first time in. Its was good, glad it was 1/2 price.
