Tiniest parking lot so beware. Cool little spot. Small dining space with good amount of bar space. Better chance of getting a spot to eat during lunch and early evening. Got packed around 530 on a Monday. The food was good. Nothing was a wow factor but we were all pleased with how good it was. The fried chicken was incredibly crispy! The cocktails were pretty tasty – would come back for happy hour for another cocktail. The service was super friendly the moment we walked in. Would like to see how the menu changes over time and try new things!

I’m very torn with this place because the service and atmosphere were really good.

Tried this fun Asian fusion place in central Phoenix, Melrose area. The food was excellent, service could have been a little better. I tried the crispy chicken rolls which reminded me of lumpia. You have to wrap them in the lettuce and mint wrap, they were delicious. Also had the chicken Pan Mi sandwich, which was also very good and the bread was soft and toasted. I did have to wait almost 30 minutes just for my appetizer and then the food came out as I was eating the appetizer. This was during lunch hour and there were only four other customers there who already had their food. Otherwise the food alone made it a good experience. Make sure to make reservations as it is a very small place and limited seating.

A hip asian “fusion” spot with great quality food and a fun atmosphere. It’s a small place with only a few tables inside and a few outside, so if you’re dining during a peak day or time of the day and/or have a large group I’d suggest making a reservation. Also, I wasn’t in the mood for a cocktail, but it looked like they had interesting ones that I will be sure to come back and try.

Cocktails were on point. Food was very tasty. Some of the flavors combined very well. My personal favorite was the crispy spring rolls, wrap those bad boys in some lettuce and a couple sprigs of mint.

As an Asian person, I’m always skeptical about upscaled Asian street food. But damn, that steak banh mi was great! The meat was juicy and flavorful and the sauce was the perfect complement. They grill the meats when you order and the kitchen area smells delicious.

Had high hopes for this place, but as someone who has had authentic Vietnamese cuisine every Sunday, this is not it. The Banh Xeo or “Vietnamese Crepe”, doesn’t even taste anything like the real deal. And it was $31! You’re only allotted 90 minutes to dine and my food took almost an hour to come out. And we had an early dinner reservation at 5pm. The green papaya salad was actually lovely, great texture and great flavor, would have liked it to have more of a spice kick though. I was pretty exited to try the Spicy Hydra, but to me, it wasn’t spicy at all. I then ordered the Belly Flop and absolutely loved it! Overall, not sure if I would come back as it was overpriced for the food quality and timing of service.

Belly is one if the best resturants in Gilbert and maybe even the valley. It’s a cool casual and stylish place with well thought out fusion food, a cool atmosphere, and a friendly staff. It’s got that cool my town vibe you always want from a restaurant, and its not pretentious.

The food was delicious. The service is 10 out of 10. Kyle was our server & he was amazing. Everyone we encountered was so friendly & attentive. The chairs are not super comfortable, but you aren’t meant linger. We dined inside, although I’m sure the patio would be amazing. One of the best Pho Ga I have ever had. The meat was tender & not dry. The Bao buns were also a hit.
