You can pay with your debit or credit card when the delivery person arrives they have a swiper for it. Very professional staff and good food. Consistently prepared the same way with the same taste I haven’t had any hot or miss experiences here. This is a clean place and they run a good business. I highly recommend this place.

I asked for salt for my french fries and he said he has no salt to go. I asked him to put some on my fries from the kitchen and he said no. After I spent all this money. Terrible service. I can’t eat tasteless fries so I had to throw them out

We’ve been eating from here since they opened. At the beginning the food quality was excellent, while service left much to be desired. Now, the food matches the lackluster customer service. The delivery driver beeped his horn rather than ringing the doorbell, waking up my neighbors at nighttime. He was very rude to me when I asked him not to beep his horn in quiet neighborhoods. The food itself was downright horrible. I ordered general tso chicken, but there was no sauce in the platter or on my chicken. There was one piece of broccoli. And my rice was stale. My sister’s dim sum was not accompanied with the sauce we should have received. When I called to ask for sauce, the person on the other end’s demeanor was that of I must not have checked the bag or I’m bothering them by complaining. I was told the driver would come back with the sauce, but nothing arrived. This is one of several bad experiences in the past few years. The quality of this restaurant is gross and it’s sad to see them flailing instead of thriving. Put your customers first or the customers will stop coming.

Saturday night, working at the local hospital. We order from here regularly, nurses, doctors, therapist everyone. At night the order has to come through the ER. They know this, as stated we order from them all the time. Hospital security knows this… we ordered a bunch of food tonight. We never received it. When called Belmont was less than helpful. They said the driver called and we didn’t answer. As stated we have been ordering from here for years. Our number hasn’t changed. We are in the big hospital right up the street. They said that we are not getting our food. No effort to make it right. Rude girl on the phone. I will never order from them again. And after word spreads I doubt anyone else from here will either. Terrible lack of customer service…

Just ordered General Tso’s Chicken and paid a dollar extra for all white meat, it should have said for no meat… it was all filling, awful. I called to speak to a manager, none on duty. Pork Dumplings very little filling, all dough. I guess you get what you pay for. Waiting for a call back. I don’t put reviews up, but I feel I have to let people know.
