Piggy fries were yummy. Been waiting about 30min till our waitress came back to our table. They did get busy fast though, 6:30pm. Gotta 4 hour trip back to our destination. Its cool. Food was awesome. The restaurant is cozy a little cramped and the 3 foot tall plastic makeshift barriers at ends of the tables are necessary for the “6feet” guidelines. Still, totally worth the wait, so good. Thanks Benchwarmers. Keep doing what your doing.

I’ve had several items on the menu and they have all been great. Greek salad, tomato bisque, chicken wrap and the burgers are really good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Very clean. They offer a different special every day. One of them is the cutlet sandwich that was the specialty of the previous Alpine Tavern. And they now have beer and wine. Worth the trip off of the beaten path.

Good bar food, pretzels are wonderful, the service is fast and nice. They only have beer, however, a good selection. I just wish they would use non LED lights or tone the lights down it feels a little sterile.

First of all…..STANDOUT FRIES!!!! A must have! The gobbler is my favorite as it’s a whole Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich, yummy! The sports atmosphere and courteous wait staff is amazing.

Was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The menu offers a variety of options for those who enjoy sandwiches, wraps, salads and wings. We ordered a bacon, bacon & more bacon burger, customized grilled cheese (add white cheddar, feta & ham) and a single order of handcut french fries. The fresh beef made the burger “the best I have had in a long time.” Food was hot and absolutely delicious. Vinegar was available for the fries. A simple sports atmosphere making this a great stop when travelling through, a night out with friends or a meal with the family. The young lady waiting on us did great and we appreciated her help.
