We had gone as a date night for the hibachi table. Called and reserved for 8 and arrived 10 mins early only to be told that seating is not until 8:15. We were seated and drinks ordered. They arrived promptly. However by 9:10 the chief had not come out to our table. Place smelled bad. Services was not good. Sushi Appetiser were disgusting. There was a straight dollop of regular mayonnaise on top of the sushi. Wasted a date night and gave a bad taste in the mouth. Will not be going again can’t believe people come here to celebrate.

We had a reservation at 7:30 we were seated at 7:50. Chef came at 8:45 no show nothing he only lit fire for 1sec and cooked the order and left. We had a birthday celebration they did not bring in the cake! There is so much smoke in the air making a cloud not recommend to bring babies along with you.

Food was great chef was amazing but I had to ask the waitress a couple of times for the same things, then when I finally got my drink it had a fly in it!! I then called her over and returned it, we didn’t get a comp or anything for the gross inconvenience (especially since I took a sip ) but just got the drink removed as I didn’t drink it, feel like they could have showed more hospitality for this and been more accommodating!! Last thing someone wants to sip is a gnat. Especially considering it was a birthday celebration.

Let’s start with the positives. The soup was great. The new friends we sat with were wonderful! Shout to (Miss Brenda Marathon Lady) and her lovely daughters. We waited about an hour and a half to get our chef. I did get My sushi. Miss Brenda did not. Drinks were hard to get also. The rice was phenomenal but we didn’t know until the bill came that it isn’t Included, as per our waitress, even though it says it comes with rice. My shrimp and scallops were wonderful, but my lobster was way over cooked. We didn’t get our green tea. We didn’t get our ice cream and it wasn’t taken off. Our bill came very wrong, over $30 wrong. I tried to explain it was wrong and waitress shut me down. She did correct it( except tea and ice cream) but wasn’t interested in us talking to her about it. I know she was very busy and I do believe they were understaffed. I get it. I do feel strongly that our bill should have reflected that. It was my first time and I would probably try it again if only for the rice and the soup. They were awesome! Hope next time is better.

Reservation was at 6. They sat us around 6:20, we were told we would be sat by 6:15. The table could have been cleaner. Our server was pretty busy, he had to change out most the table plates when he came to take our orders. We got our orders taken at about 6:40, soups and then drinks followed. Right before I was going to ask about the napkins and chopsticks, they were brought to the table. (Fork is in the napkin now) chef was making food at about 7:05.

Service was bad . Had a reservation fir 8 didnt get sat till about 9:12. Soup and salad came before drinks. Our rice was burnt and crispy. We watched out chef put a whole bottle of soy in our rice. My fiance got the calamari scallops and shrimp…. all burnt as well. Our chef dropped a ton of food straight on the ground and left out food to burn while running back to the kitchen for forgotten stuff. … inclyding my steak. Since he forgot my steak instead of being medium was rare :/ Our friend sitting next to us got lobster and it was burnt as well. We ordered 2 shots of greygoose and it took over 20 mins for it. We were super excited but this is just not a good location. A manager comped us 15$ on a 130$ meal. Thats j not good enough. Our sherbet cane w a piece of lettuce in it…. not to mention our milkshake came out as a blob

The manager was unprofessional and extremely argumentative 08-20-23! We waited over 40 minutes to receive our food!!! The waitress did not want to bring our table a GLASS of water. Quality has gone down tremendously. My family and I will NEVER go back. $ 300 dollars wasted. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!! Go somewhere else…

This place has gone downhill fast. My wife and I go every year for our birthdays and we will not be coming back to this location. We arrived early and sat at the bar for happy hour. The place was relatively empty and it still took the apathetic bartender 20 minutes to greet us. We ordered drinks and my wife received hers. I ordered the sake bomber and they attempted to give me a small draft beer instead of the 22oz advertised. I pointed this out and was told they didn’t have that beer anymore and would have to take the smaller draft beer. I canceled my drink order. I’m not paying for something I am not getting. Once we were sat, the service was slow the entire time. We both ordered a chicken dish and our chicken was dry and over cooked. Our table had to bag up our own left overs as the server was nowhere to be found. The restaurant itself is filthy. There’s been a major change foe the worse. I recommend another location if you want to still go to Benihana.

The cook did a pretty decent job preparing the food. However, we got there and were seated right away because hardly anyone else was there, which we expected at 3 pm, then had to wait an hour for the cook to come to our table. When he did, the stove wasn’t on, so we had to wait for that to heat up. Hardly saw our waitress, had to wave her down for drinks. My father-in-law left before the cook started because the time and the stove were not lit. He had another engagement and had to get a refund.
