Experience has been hit and miss when I’ve visited but the food is fairly consistent in taste. We had Masa as our chef today who has been with the resturant for a long time and is always amazing. Our waitress was good and attentive. All items ordered were prepared correctly and wad timely. I will comment that they don’t have Happy Hour on weekends regardless of the time of day which is unfortunate.

We always hit up a Benihana’s when we can! As always, great food and great show. Only thing that wasn’t great was the wait, despite having a reservation! We were quickly seated, but waited for over 30 minutes just to get served with the soup and salad!

Understaffed, unprepared servers. A couple servers looked a bit disheveled. Our table was #4, but chef was given ticket with #19. Confusion and lack of ingredients for the table’s orders and sauces were evident as chef had to ask for multiple items to complete guest orders. Chef was GREAT cooking wise but was less engaging (not at all) as compares to previous experiences at other locations. Bartender was great. Manager “PETER”? Was also a bit disheveled and not looking professional with sport coat but white shirt tail hanging out back… Strange experience overall.

Our waitress was GREAT!!! Always making sure our drinks were full. She was kind and friendly. We had three birthdays at our table and she sang to us three. We were two different parties. The food was good, very delicious. The restaurant was cool didn’t feel the heat from outside nor from the grill. The service was fast but not so fast that we felt rushed. The waitress had great timing. It felt like we were nit waiting around for the best round or drink. Isn’t that fabulous. There were lots of birthdays at the other tables so it felt festive and fun.

I waited an hour for pick up & the girl that took my order over the phone put me on hold for 30 minutes and rushed me when placing the order. I spent $43.20 on the filet mignon meal & this is what I got. Our entire order was wrong, I asked for 2 extra teriyaki sauces & they gave me 4 bowls of broth for some reason. After I asked them to please repeat my order back to me to make sure everything was correct since I was spending $150 they repeated it back to me with an attitude & the order was still wrong. No teriyaki sauce either. We spent extra on chicken & shrimp fried rice & this what they gave us. Waste of money.

I had an Absolutely Amazing Experience. The service was Epicable. There was one staff that Stood out the Most, Chef Adagio. He is a Master at his craft, a Shinning Star. I will be back for sure. Joy to my Soul. The FooD was SOoOOO, GOOD!!!
