Great pizza with generous toppings. Customer service could be better. Price is a bit high. Beware, they do not honor the prices that are advertised online! Even their flyers are not guaranteed pricing.

I had no idea they changed management but the second we took a bite of our pizza I suspected that might be the case. The crust was probably the worst crust I’ve ever had. It was extremely dry and resembled cardboard in terms of taste. The breadsticks we used to get were to die for and $6, this time around the only breadsticks on the menu were $16 and ended up being basically a catering amount. These too were not the same as they were and almost all of them went to waste. This was our go to spot and it’s super disappointing what has happened to the food :/

Wow!! This location blows all other locations out of the water! I work right up the road from here and I ran over to get some lunch the other day and the quality of the food was phenomenal!! The staff was so kind!! The flavor of the food was excellent! I was surprised to see they also have the ability for customers to have a seat and dine in! I’m very pleased with this location! I’m so glad I decided to give this location a try, especially since one of the other locations (I thought) ruined this company for me!! I will only be going to this location from now on! Hooray for the joyous staff here at the Willis Rd Belleville Benitos!!

We where traveling so I called ahead so we wouldn’t have to “wait”, ordered deep dish pizza & a 2 lit. Pepsi. Got there was a hand tossed pizza and no lit. Pop. So had to wait for the pizza and pop 25 min. But they did give us the hand tossed for free. The pizza was very good.

My family ordered calzones, everything was fine and convenient….until $50 worth of dinner showed up charred black & burnt. I would have been embarrassed to send food out of my establishment looking like what they delivered us. We will not be ordering from there again.

As long as I’ve been ordering from here, I’ve never left a review but after today’s order, i felt i HAD TO! this place have been nothing but amazing with the food and the delivery times! They always say “45” mins but i promise, I always get my food in 20-25 mins. Friday I accidentally ordered from the Benito’s in New Boston on Willow and the service and customer service was TERRIBLE (Cassie the manager was great!) but I say that to say it made me appreciate Willis Benito’s so much more now & I’m forever a satisfied customer!
