Awesome since reopening. Got the big meal earlier today 2-28-17 they loaded it with toppings and it was cooked to perfection. Cajun crust made it even better. New favorite place in saline.. gave my coworker a slice and he said “that’s a good ass pizza”

Terrible customer service. Who ever that was working the phones on 9/26/16 is childish. I work at a facility that places a lot of food orders around the area and have done so here. They answered the first time and told me they did not have a driver and to call back if I could pick it up my self. I found a drive to pick up the order and called back 6 times to place the order an sent a driver out. They refused to answer the phone. 3 times they would answer and not speak then hang up. It was so ridiculous. If I hadn’t already sent my driver out I would not have done business. I will be encouraging my staff and anyone else not to order at that location and to seek out other places to purchase from. The pizza isn’t even that good. They must not care about a bout their business.

I was surprised to see so many low reviews. This is our favorite pizza place. Sure, it isn’t like eating pizza from an Italian restaurant, but for what it is-a chain pizza delivery place-it’s one of the best I’ve had. The ingredients seem fresher than standard pizza shops, the service is fast and usually friendly, the pizza is hot and always tastes good. The only thing I think they need to improve is sharpening the pizza cutter so the pieces get cut all the way through.

Awesome pizza…. definitely better than the domino’s down the street. Has the just right amount of cheese, I would recommend the BBQ chicken pizza. You can have a little bit of BBQ sauce or the regular amount of BBQ sauce. Any kind of pizza is great with the cheese bread, the best in Saline. The service is okay.

there is not a low enough number of stars for this place. first order was wrong, second time after an hour and a half there is no call from the driver apparently the office (one block away) I work in looked to much like an apartment so he left because no one let him in the unlocked door. After another half hour I found out my order was not only late still but made wrong iI was told five min. Still no phone call and another half hour later, I call back a third time I was hung up on the forth time they still cant find the building….. fist yourself.

Not sure what happened with the management shake-up, but the gentleman I talked to on the phone was very kind and the pizzas that showed up were two of the best looking pizzas we have seen. They tasted great and we are enjoying the leftovers!
