Arrived at 5pm for dinner. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Restaurant seems a little dated but clean. At the table they give you warmed baguette with packet butter. The baguette isn’t really anything special and it was barely warm.

We used to eat here a lot before COVID – now it’s not the same. The chicken piccata is not thin as it should be – the sauce is watery and they don’t serve mashed potatoes anymore. They said roasted potatoes and I said ok and when the dish came out, there was one potato on the plate. Disappointing – but the staff were very nice and professional.

A wonderful experience at this restaurant. We came for lunch and ordered the lunch special. They gave us a full bowl of tortellini soup that was delicious. The broth was very light, perfect for the December chill. Then was the main dish. My mother ordered veal parmesan and I ordered farfalle vodka with chicken. There was so much, we had to take home. For dessert, we had tiramisu which was light and fluffy. The staff were pleasant and attentive. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

The food and service here is outstanding. During the warmer season, it’s wonderful to have a nice meal outside on the patio here. Eggplant rollatini is outstanding–some variations from the standard preparation. Pappardelle alla Benito is excellent with homemade pasta and delicious cognac sauce with shrimp, peppers and mushrooms. Even though it is not on the menu, they will prepare veal picatta when asked.

We had our twins First Holy Communion here and we were so very happy! It was beautifully prepared we decided outdoor dining and it was elegant and very special. John and his staff are excellent, very attentive and helpful with whatever we needed. The food is consistently good whether you are going for dinner on a date night or having a function. We were so pleased with everything! All our requests were granted without hesitation and with much joy! Thank you for making our day so amazing. Would highly recommend to others!!

My husband, Dad and I had dinner last evening at Benito’s Trattoria.Their special, the Red Snapper Livornese, was made to perfection. The experience was taken to another level since this was my Mom’s favorite meal. All 3 of us did a toast to my Mom in heaven. Thank you Benito Trattoria for making our evening together so eventful. This is one meal I will never forget! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! (I hope you keep this special on your menu).
