The burger was not good. They fixed it wrong. It was cold & the patty had a mushy inside took 2 bites & threw it away yuck! The fries were hot though.

My order was well prepared and delicious! I couldn’t ask for much more, and they didn’t skimp on the cheese or fries. Some guys loudly playing videos on their phone next to me kinda ruined the atmosphere, but the food was great.

Just buy the laxative at the drug store it’ll hurt less than what the chili did to me… my boyfriend got the chili burger not knowing it had onions in it so I ate his chili burger and he ate my cheeseburger. He was in the bathroom the next morning telling me he wasn’t feeling well. Hours later it creeps on to me and let’s just say i live in the bathroom now febreezing the chili stank coming out of my body. Never again.

Food is always delicious but make sure to check your order! Paid for 2 double patty burgers plus bacon, cheese & jalapeños. Received none of the toppings we paid extra for, both burgers were single patty, but still large Patty’s, and delicious for the price. I did order a regular fry and pretty sure I got a large. Still definitely worth checking out! A new orleans staple if you want fast food prices, late hours, and real meat/food!

It’s no surprise this place cuts so many corners— even the first letter of their name is circular. If you’re a local burger joint and don’t at least make your own patties or cut your own fries, you’re on borrowed time. Ben’s food is pretty bad, but their taste in advertising might be even worse. There’s some truth in it though—y’boy in one video says “…they just taste like the 90’s to me.” I agree: this stuff tastes like it’s been sitting around in a bag since the 1990’s.

The last time I was at Bens it was comparable to Bud’s broiler… I went in about a week ago and it was the most god-awful thing I’ve ever eaten… I wanted a hamburger with chili cheese and onions and fries. For one thing the fries will like eating a potato that hadn’t even been cooked they were so raw… The burger had too much chili you couldn’t even pick the thing up… Literally it had to slithers of cheese on a burger that supposed to be a cheeseburger… It also looked like somebody put it on the ground and stomped on top of it and then served it… I wouldn’t go back there if you paid me…

Definitely a go to for burger lovers and foodies. Interior art inside the restaurant is dope and filled with local cultural inspiration. The fact this place is open 24/7 is mind blowing. Larger than expected menu for a burger spot with patient staff.

Great spot. The burgers are legit grilled with all the flavor. The shredded cheddar is great. The hot dogs are right sized and grilled with nice flavor and snap. Solid environment, plenty of parking, and the staff is great. Plus, this place is just fun.
