First time ordering from Ben’s because Barros pizza does deliver anymore. Big mistake on my behalf! I have been missing out on great pizza and calzone’s this whole time I have been living in Surprise.Awesome food and great prizes for the amount of food you get. Definitely will be repeated customer.

We order Bens pizza at least a couple time a month! The food is amazing it’s always fresh and reasonably priced! We have the wings garlic knots and pizza from here and all have been amazing! The garlic knots are some of the best I’ve had in a while on this side of town! If you’ve been wanting to try a new pizza place, definitely give Ben’s a try you won’t be disappointed!

This was our first time here. We happened to see the place off the 303, and we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised! The wings were both crispy and juicy- perfect! The pizza was also crispy and flavorful – I like it that way! The service was great, and the price was right -I’ll definitely come back again!

Ordered a small cheese pizza for take out.. wanted to eat inside but it felt like the ac was set at 83+ so not a comfortable temp *for me*. Was told they don’t offer small pizzas, smallest is medium so okay, one medium cheese pizza please. 15 hot mins they bring me a pepperoni pizza 🙁 I said I’m sorry (I hate being a “pain”) but I ordered cheese.. the man walked in the back to ask the woman who had taken my order. He comes back out and in front of everyone in the lobby says- she said you said pepperoni so here you go. Really? I don’t know what I ordered?

This pizza place you must try at least once especially if you like NY style pizza. Pizza has a nice flavor. The crust is nice if you eat it right away but if you don’t it will get a bit soggy from being thin(NY style). **As a side note I put the pizza in my air fryer it helps to bring back the crisp of the crust and the bubbly cheese**. The cheese is evenly spread on the pizza. The toppings appear fresh but evenly distributed on the pizza. I love toppings on my pizza, I personally feel they could use a bit more and evenly distribute the toppings better.

If you are looking for a great NY style pizza pie, Ben’s is the place to order it from. I have only had one pizza that wasn’t up to par and that was only because the pizza dough had been over mixed. Outside of that, the pizzas that I have ordered are fantastic. I have had a calzone as well, delicious! Full of cheese, ricotta and mozzarella. It did need more than a souffle cup of dipping sauce though.

We have tried a lot of pizza places and Ben’s was next on the list. All in all, not a great pizza by any means . We ordered the 18” Specialty pizza which came with pepperoni, sausage, onion, green peppers and extra cheese. The pizza was extremely lacking in the sauce dept. Good thing I had a coke to choke this beast down with! Over all, the price made the pizza tolerable coming in at roughly 23.00 for quite a large pizza. My advice, add some sauce with some decent flavor and you’ll take a mediocre pizza to “good” level pizza. Cheers and we hope to try it again in the future when it’s sauced up real good!
