Okay, so I went to the Bento Asian Bistro after hearing so many positive reviews about it. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed by their food taste. I ordered mongolian beef and hibachi shrimp & steak bento box. To be honest both the dishes tasted the same and were very salty. The only good item was the cheese wonton. I definitely won’t recommend this place.

Don’t waste your time. Our first time here was Friday 03/31/2023 at around 11:30. The lady that took our order was professional. All of the tables were dirty so we picked what appeared to be the cleanest of the bunch but it was still sticky. The service time was reasonable and the presentation was decent but the flavors were lacking big time. I hate to say this but Panda Express is better and I don’t even like it much lol. I’d recommend you try somewhere else because I definitely won’t be back.

Had the jalapeno chicken which was delicious. Not at all spicy and the portion was certainly worth the price. Fast service, clean restaurant. Nothing spectacular, but very good. Worth going to for a fast-ish meal.

I’ve had this place delivered twice, and picked up once. I liked the food and smoothies everytime. I’m giving the service two stars for last pickup though. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash. Scheduled it for 8pm, got a notification it was done at 7:20pm. I get there about 8:10pm. They can’t find my order, I tell them my name several times, I show two different women the order on my phone which clearly shows what I ordered, the date and time I ordered and how much I paid. They look all around and can’t find it. Then they just tell me they don’t have my order and that’s it. They don’t offer to make it or anything else. Just say we can’t find it and move on to the next person. I don’t cause a fuss I left and reported it to DoorDash, they try to call the restaurant and no one answers. So I was able to get a refund. Again I like the food but this last experience ruined it for for me. I feel they could have offered to make my order instead of basically shrugging their shoulders.

The lady taking our order was extremely rude and unprofessional, she wouldn’t let us talk and kept talking over us when trying to order. Once we got the food it was presented nicely but the food was disgusting, lacking flavor, soggy, and swimming in oil. Would not recommend this place.

Unexpectedly good. The udon was flavorful (not bland broth like most other restaurants) and a broad variety of ingredients (see photo) and declared as probably the best udon my co airport traveller has had. Also the variety plate had a tadty and filling sampling including sushi, rice, vegs, etc. This was a welcome change from typical airport food fare and would buy again.

Awesome prices and great food, including a selection of Bento boxes, sushi, soups, noodles, and American-Chinese dishes. They also offer boba/bubble tea and asian style smoothies! You can carry out or do delivery on a variety of platforms; I believe their dine-in is temporarily on hold due to COVID restrictions.
