My husband and I noticed this place when we went to visit the arcade next door. It was my sweetie’s birthday and we were glad to find your place. Place is clean and comfy, great food options and cozy seats. Not going to lie, I wasn’t expecting our food to be so delicious. Everything was wonderful, plated nice and orderly. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box (so good) and the tuna bowl plus a Crunch Signature Roll. Towards the end, their sign (located front of store, great marketing by the way) had a photo of a Spicy Mango Boba. I am not that crazy about Boba but this one, this one here… incredibly good. Those teeny bites of pepper were so good. Overall, we will be taking another drive over there soon to grab some more treats. We were very happy with our experience. Thank you to the team behind the scenes, you all did a great job!

I placed a $600+ catering order for a work event. When I received the order, they left me 1 serving spoon, 1 pair of serving tongs, and a small stack of the tiniest plates (dessert plate size; 6″ diameter) which barely held 1 spoonful of rice. I called to try to resolve the issue and was told “those are the only plates we offer for catering” and “you can come back by the restaurant to get more serveware.” A more appropriate, acceptable response for a minimum standard of good customer service would have been an offer to come deliver the appropriate amount of serveware and bring appropriate sized plates instead of making the paying customer assume the responsibility for their failure to provide the basic essentials for catering. I should mention that their catering order confirmation did acknowledge that they would provide plates, utensils, and napkins.

ORDERED 40.00 WORTH OF LUNCH, JILLIAN THE HOSTEST NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED TO TAKE AN ORDER. FOOD WAS COLD, CALLED UP TO SPEAK WITH ALEC THE MANAGER HIS RESOLUTION WAS IM SORRY SIR. Its now 515pm. My pickup time for my online order was 5pm. The order was placed at 3pm. Not sure why this suprises me because the last time the order was 50 minutes late. I’m told 10 more minutes. This was after standing there being ignored for 5 minutes. Suprising because over the phone they were aparantly slow and the order would be done early. Finally, 535pm and my order is done. 35 minutes late…..not as bad as 50 I guess. Do not recommend.

Food prices are up. However my lunch chicken noodle bowl and 2 egg rolls ( no drink) was $22.47. With tip was 24.99. Not a big portion and no special service at all. Food ok. For $25 I would go somewhere else.

I really want my money back. Ordered this 5:59 today . I was so hungry been working all day. It smelled funny like burnt or charcoal , or a pan that hadn’t been washed and had been cooking the same grease forever . And the present wasn’t so well. Thanks for trying but I didn’t eat this at all it’s 11:53pm . Not happy .

Not authentic. General tsao chicken taste like teriyaki chicken. Waste of money. Will not eat again. Also brought half the family’s meal out ten minutes apart. After all that waiting the food they brought out was cold.

The service is always very slow. The prices are very high for the food to be half cold and half fresh and hot. They also didn’t bring out all our food at the same time. I love the orange chicken but the UCF location is much better.
