Super slow for no reason no matter you push or not, and no matter the cashier and the server. Feel bad this time. The business was not busy at all when I got there tonight. When I was first time to this store two weeks ago in the evening, the boss was there, and they were busy, but their service was normal and nice. Won’t be back.

Truly home cooking style, the sort of comfort food that does not need to be high in calories. No. 3 chicken is especially amazing and I don’t think I ate it anywhere else in Bay Area. All the side dishes are perfectly cooked as well with just right amount of flavors and saltiness, and nothing greasy.

I am thoroughly impressed with this place. I didn’t feel like having panda express or Greek or my usual lean cuisine. I searched on Yelp to see what was available and this place was one of the recommendation. I had the railroad bento lunch with sides. Earlier before I came here, I called to see what was available as the sides because it did not show on their website or anywhere else. I called and the gentleman on the phone said I need to come in because I am new. I didn’t know what it meant until I arrived. I am definitely impressed with how they care about the customers during the pandemic. They keep their customers in line… Literally… From each other and keep a distance where the hot plate and where the customers are standing. It appears that the sides change each day. One or two items are different each day I’m guessing. I guess I will have to return next time to try the other dishes. The price is decent, the quality is definitely A+.

The best authentic Taiwanese bento in SF Bay Area. As a Taiwanese, the food here made me feel like home. They cooked the rice, meat and side dishes so well. Not too oily and salty cuz everything was just perfect! Highly recommended!! You should def try it!

This is Asian fast food and it’s made up of bento boxes a kind of a modern version. They have about 5 different on trays and you pick one and you pick 3 sides deal with it. And they’re all Bryce did 9 knowledge and :50 cents each. They also have some special ones for the day which are little more at 10:50. Seating is very limited but they have a few tables set up outside. It’s very very good bargain.
