Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out with a sear and Blue/raw on the inside… To be honest it was cold. Steak needed seasoning. There was no salt or pepper as well.

Avoid the Fond du lac location. I have tried it 4 times and it was never good. But as for the location in Beaver Dam that is top shelf. I also tried the Oshkosh location and its O.K.. I could go on how the food was but just trust me. Please try Beaver Dam or Oshkosh location, you wont be disappointed.

Very large and clean Italian eatery located inside the Radisson. Great atmosphere- the bar is a dark granite…plenty of tables and several TV screens. More than a dozen beers on tap…and an amazing menu. Ask for your pasta dish oven-baked…it’ll melt in your mouth. Highly recommend the meatballs..GIANT and flavorful. Megan behind the bar is great !

I ordered today 09/01/23 from door dash, food was nice and hot when we got it and the driver was very respectful and kind, I noticed we did not get our lasagna and so I reached out to the restaurant and the young lady was very apologetic and within 15 to 20 minutes she had personally delivered our lasagna plus a berry cheesecake, everything was delicious and the service was amazing. Thanks guys!!

Had a booth seat and on the way to it in another booth there was a lot of food left sitting after the patrons had left. Watched 2 older gentleman come in order and have to move to another table as it was wobbly. Ordered a meat lasagna which came with a salad and bread. Ate very little of the lasagna as it was void of pasta, sauce and very salty. Had the waitress bring me some marinara sauce but it didn’t help. While trying to eat there were flies buzzing me and a patron explaining to the busboy to clear the booth with the food still in it. At least the salad and bread were decent. Won’t be going back.

Ordered from the Fond du Lac location for lunch. We ordered delivery so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. Four of us all ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and shared an order of Calamari. Initially, I tried to call in my order. The waitress was barely understandable on the phone. And everything I tried to order, she told me they didn’t offer (side salads, sides in general), however it is shown on their website. The food arrived promptly but the Calmari was overcooked, dry, no flavor, and there was huge chunks of batter in the order. Definitely not worth the $19.50. The order size was a decent portion. We ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce is sweet and separated. Very oily and chunky. I compare it to when you reheat alfredo the next day in the microwave. The chicken in it is good. Not dry and has flavor. Overall, I will not order from here again. Pretty sad that an Italian restaurant screws up Italian food.

We put in an order for pickup around 7:30. BEFORE ordering we asked how busy they were to get an idea of the wait time and they told us they weren’t busy at all. We had a friend stop to pick it up on their way into town, who arrived a good 10 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. They told her there was an issue in the kitchen and it would be another 5 minutes. After waiting, she went back up and was then told it would probably be another 10-15 minutes. She waited another 15 minutes and was then told that they could not give an estimated time for it to be ready and suddenly they were swamped and the kitchen was behind. We called in as well to ask what was going on and we were told anything from a 5 minute wait to “there’s no way to know how long” in the same conversation. All in all our friend waited well over 30 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready on arrival. In addition, when we called the second time, we were told a large party was just leaving and the kitchen could catch up. Our friend was THERE. There was no large party. I don’t know who dropped the ball or forgot to put in our order or what happened, but all they needed to do was be honest. They jerked us around long enough, we just cancelled the order. It wasn’t worth over the $100 we would have spent at that point. Don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again.

Our service was not good although the waitress was kind. She never refilled our waters, gasped when she saw we finished our half order of nachos and made a comment about it, and was sitting on her phone and computer across the restaurant from us. The Italian cream soda honestly tasted like seltzer and milk, both my husband and I couldnt drink it! We’ve dined at the Oshkosh location many times and this location wasn’t NEARLY as professional. We just felt really uncomfortable with the entire experience and won’t likely be returning. I will say the Italian nachos were pretty good, bread was good, french onion soup was good, but service definitely matters and we were both disappointed!
