What I loved about this restaurant is that it doesn’t just serve your typical American style Chinese food. They have a lot of traditional options to choose from as well. My crispy pork belly was delicious. Mongolian beef was super tender. Calamari was unfortunately over cooked but tasted good. I look forward to going back real soon.

So lucky that Indy is finally getting an authentic and high-end Chinese restaurant! We went there as a group to celebrate my buddy’s birthday and we went ALL OUT! From lobsters to lamp chops, Benyue did not disappoint and wowed us with entrees after entrees of delicacies formerly only available in China or major cities like New York or San Francisco. I will 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking the real deal.

This was some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! The dim sum was good but the real stars were the Cantonese sweet and sour pork and the House special pan fried noodle. Both amazing and has to be the best Chinese food in Indiana! Highly recommend if you enjoy authentic Chinese food not American Chinese this is the place!!!! You will not be disappointed! Going back very soon the try the pork belly, beef chow fun, and Chan Siu pork! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful dining experience!

The menu is a little bit much especially on the exotic end but we stuck to the American Chinese food and it was delicious. The Hunan Chicken was awesome and spicy and the Hong Kong fried noodles were also very good. The portions are very generous!

Outstanding service ♡ I love their authenic menu! We tried the Duck with buns [2 people can be full with just this entree] & crispy pork belly ♡ definitely recommend! The flavor contained so much depth that I found myself in awe, absolutely incredible experience.

I have been to Benyue a number of times now, and I can confidently say that each experience has been an excellent one! The food is delicious and crafted with care. If you like food with flare, order the garlic shrimp! The only place to authentic dim sum, something Indy desperately needed. I will be returning for the cream buns!

Very authentic Chinese restaurant. We ordered supreme seafood with duck blood curd (毛血旺） which is really good and has a large portion size—enough for three people. We also ordered candied taro in hot toffee (拔丝芋头）—it’s sooooo good.

We used to go to their old location (Lucky Lou). At first, I was worried when I read some negative ratings here, but I’m glad I ignored it. This new location has fancier interior but the foods still as good as before. We came on Saturday for brunch. The servers were friendly, and food came out fast. Definitely will be back there again.

Delicious dim sum options & also Indy’s only place to actually get dim sum! Prices are reasonable, and staff are very friendly. I tried a selection of options, along with ordering some house friend rice. If you want dim sum, you mark it on the laminated menu with the marker they provide. I highly recommend trying all their shrimp dim sum options!
