Intended 3.5 stars. The food was good, if not a bit bland. They only have three gluten free pho options on the menu, and the additional condiments served with them aren’t gluten free, so I’m sure that’s a factor in depth of flavor. Even just a bit more salt would have helped. The beef in my pho was tough and lacking flavor. Overall it was just very bland. The spring roll can be gluten free if the peanut sauce is left off. The portions are large, for a price tag of ~$15. The service and atmosphere are wonderful.

Service was very good, place was clean and food came quickly. Drinks are delicious but food was average. My pork dish had a lot of fat and cut into large slices, so eating with chop sticks was tough. Vegetables were fresh on vermicelli, but pork was overseasoned and to sweet. My wife had no complaints with her rice dish, but fish sauce dip needed more flavor.

My wife loves eating here. She tried the pork and loved it. I had the chicken, and it was really good.

This was our first time dining here. The service and the food were both good. The Boba tea was delicious. I will return to try more delicious bites. We even placed an order to go. Our server Ana-Maria was both pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Bep! The restaurant is very nice and staff very helpful, friendly and quickly provides your order. You can order drinks at the front register. If you are eating in wait staff will take your order at the table. We had tofu with vermicelli and tofu rolls with very yummy peanut sauce. My favorite thing was the Brown sugar Boba milk tea – just yum!

After much anticipation and waiting, finally got to try out the first Vietnamese restaurant in town and it did not disappoint. I came during their soft opening, so they were missing a lot of menu items. Started off with fried chicken wings and it was delicious but note that it is on the sweet side with a sweet fish sauce glaze that tasted more of a traditional Thai flavor than Viet. It was cooked very well, but my one critique on it was that it could use some lemongrass to give it a more authentic flavor. The main dish for me was pho dac biet (special), which came with all the standard meats, rare eye of round, beef flank, brisket, meatballs, and tendons. Sadly no tripe though, which I love. Being Vietnamese, I am very picky about my pho broth, so my critique may sound a bit critical, however, note that I definitely enjoyed the pho nonetheless. This broth, I would categorize on the milder side in terms of flavor because it tasted very fresh. With pho bone broth, I prefer a more meaty and oily broth, which gives it a richer flavor for me, but this is purely a personal preference. The noodles were cooked properly and of the standard size. Overall portion was average sized, but I would say it’s on the smaller side for a $16 bowl of pho. I am used to at least an XL bowl in this price range. The restaurant itself was designed nicely with a modern layout and very open and relaxing seating, it didn’t feel crowded although the place was full. The staff was great, got to talk to one of the owners and he was super friendly and chill. Wrapped up the meal with Taro bubble tea. The tea was very good, similar to Kung Fu tea in terms of flavor. The boba texture was good and the lychee jelly was great. Overall, had a great experience and just happy to have good Vietnamese food in the area. Definitely recommend and I can’t wait for when the full menu is available.

I loved our main dish. Very tasty. Asked for iced tea, it tasted like coffee more than tea, so I had to send that back. Drank water instead that was room temperature, I like mine cold with ice.

I thought the food was exceptional- I really enjoyed the P1, as well as the sweet and spicy wings extra crispy. The Boba was also very delicious!

We had pho and it’s very authentic . The broth is amazing. We will try other dishes when we come back next time. It’s definitely one of the best pho I’ve had eaten.
