We had a wonderful experience at Berrelli’s!! We were running tad late and were still welcome with open arms. We have a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed the amazing food that was served. Our waiter went above and beyond, amazing service!! I would highly recommend.

Wow. What a disappointment. We were here a few years ago and made it a point to return here as it was truly the best Italian food either of us had ever had with amazing flavor profiles and extensive and creative menu-not anymore. The parm dishes are dry, along with the sides of pasta. They fry the chicken cutlets and eggplant until dark brown (overcooked). The sauce is kept light almost nonexistent and is light in flavor. Pasta is sauced, then plated. Basically sauce flavored pasta is best to described. Server was good. Probably won’t return for a while. Nice atmosphere tho.

All I can say is wow, what a great experience I had. The food was authentic Italian with fresh ingredients and high quality service. Michelle our waitress was top notch, from her recommendations, to the small details in serving our food and her friendliness. I haven’t had great Italian food like this in a long time. Prices were actually very reasonable, im not sure why other reviews complain about a fine Resturant like this. In all honestly this has to be the best Italian Resturant you will find in PA. By the way, they offered us complimentary Champaign to celebrate our anniversary and paid attention to small detail. Really fine Resturant, paid about $114 for two people. We gave additional tip for the outstanding service and the great experience. This Resturant deserves 5 stars and more, top class ! I truly believe some reviews are bogus, or some customer just don’t understand the quality they are receiving. Thank you guys and Michelle for making this a wonderful night. Worst experience I’ve had at a reataurant. First, we waited for over an hour for the food. Three children, hungry. No follow up on timing. Finally, the food comes. My mussel dish comes but there were no mussels inside the shells. The waiter takes it back says they will redo. Twenty minutes later he comes back says the mussels are bad batch, order anything from the menu. By this time we’ve been there 2 hours and our evening plans are ruined. I said no thank you. Atmosphere was ruined because we were waiting for so long for our food. They offer dessert and take the payment of one dish off the bill.

Came the opening weekend. Service staff was absolutely wonderful but overall service was SLOW. We did have a large group so we expected to wait quite a while, but took us 50 minutes to get 2 glasses of wine and a platter of bread. Rest of the drinks came almost 90 minutes after being seated. Once the food finally arrived it was delicious. Totally understand being understaffed, but disappointing experience for the price of the place.

Have been here twice within two years. I thought they’d get better after so much time has passed but it seems no. Everything is super slow. Draft beer is warm and has little to no gas in it. Just order bottled beer if you go there. One person was left without the main course and two other people have not received their sides. They offered to bring it after everyone else has finished their courses already at the table. Filet mignon was super over salted. The bill included the missing main course and sides. We usually do not check bills before paying but the table next to us was complaining about their bill having an extra beer on it that they refused as it was warm. There is no other place to go here for a fancy dinner unfortunately. Beautiful building for sure.

My husband, toddler and I really enjoyed everything about Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse. We stayed at Camelback resort and it’s just a short walk to the restaurant. It rained that day so we drove. The service was so great! We immediately got seated, and our waiter Caithin was very attentive and provided us with great suggestions as to what to try and every suggestion was on point. We tasted their new mimosa and it was amazing. We had their mussels with marinara sauce and it was so delicious. For the entree we shared the Linguini with Clams. We requested to have sea scallops and shrimp also added into the pasta. It was so great to hear that we was able to add on extra seafood. We added Parmesan cheese and it was so delicious. We definitely enjoyed our entree and we had enough to take home which was great. Our toddler was very pleased with his burger and fries. They have many kid food options on the menu as well which is a plus. We regret not taking pictures of the wonderful meal. If we can rate this place a 10 we will! From the all the service, food, and atmosphere it was just a great experience even for our toddler. We will definitely come back.
